Nice people, good customer service. Ms Z waited on me . I wanted a certain lip balm , she helped me find it. I also bought a nice large pumpkin at a great price AND bird seed buy one bag get one free. I like Ace. A couple of cute shops in the same mall. Love it! Thanks Ace.

Staff is always nice. Good place to grab things quick if you don't want to get lost in a place like Home Depot

This location has a good selection of fasteners. Smaller store, staff is friendly and helpful. Found the wing nut I needed without the insert.

Best experience in a store. They were beyond helpful. I had to exchange a humidifier I bought the night before, the manager Rich helped me bring it inside as I had my 2 daughters with me. Z, the woman at the front was so social, happy and helpful! Engaged my 2 year old in conversation and helped me carry the new humidifier out to my car. We will definitely be going back!

Really good people. I was looking for gloves to help employees who were pruning trees with long thorns. The gentleman who helped us showed us a few and then recommended welding gloves. A brilliant idea. They are working.
I shop at the bigger stores too, but I REALLY appreciate the personal service at my Ace hardware.

I went into Ace Hardware for the first time and was absolutely blown away by the customer service I got from Terry. She went above and beyond helping me find what I needed. She helped me out so well that I feel 100% confident using the product I got on my own! If she isn’t a manager yet she needs to be promoted sometime soon! Definitely will be telling people about ace hardware.

Employees were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When we asked about the location of a product, one man told us the aisle and location on the aisle. We asked about something else later of a different employee who appeared to be headed somewhere specific. He stopped, took us directly to the product, and, when assured that was what we were looking for, went back to his other task. So helpful, all. Thanks.

The team here was so incredibly helpful in getting us through our sump pump emergency. I showed them pictures of our current set up and they were able to help me find the exact products I needed to get the new pump installed, even walking me through the installation process. There is nothing quite like a local community hardware store!

Won't let me go into detail in previous post. Manager and employees do a commendable job considering the snobby entitled fake rich that have moved into the area over the last few years. Great store. Horrible customers. They treat employees like they are beneath them. Great store. Been a customer since 1990.

This store has been serving the Stanley area for decades. They have everything you need for those small projects or repairs. Great place to get what you need without wasting time trying to find stuff in one of the Big Box stores. You can easily find someone to help you get what you need.
