I used their self-service dog wash, which was $14. You can bring your own shampoo but they have a few different shampoos there that you can use for free. They have two wash bays, provide complimentary towels, and have 2 blow dryers too. It was very convenient and I’d definitely go back.

The groomers there are so patient and loving to my nervous dog. Will not bring her anywhere else

Nicely stocked shelves, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and management! I find deals galore, which helps to build my points which reduce my final payment nicely! And the coupons come to my home on a regular basis. Each time I shop, it's not about how much I spent. It's more about how much I saved! Owning 3 dogs, this store is a gem!

Our little man Enzo's birthday is today and we wanted to make sure it was extra special for him. We took him to the groomers at Pet Supplies Plus in Westmont yesterday and he had such a wonderful time! He was due for a trim around his edges, and now he looks so absolutely stunning.

Great pet store! I went there years ago with my dog! Tonight with my granddaughters, I have held snakes before, but not this type. Very helpful and friendly staff! Also, first, time in my 63 years holding a chinchilla! We will definitely go back!

My granddaughters were there 2 weeks ago and were able to hold an adorable Chinchilla that has been waiting for a home for two years! It was so sweet! I feel sorry for this, baby, that it has been waiting for so long. We were there this evening too. I just posted about one if the kittens waiting to be adopted and forgot to mention the other one. Also, a sweetheart seemed more shy, but once the cage was opened, accepted scratches, and then laid with belly up wanting more, I believe this one was 7 or 8 months. Very sweet too.

I adopted my first cat...Douglas....from this store. The staff was incredibly helpful and educated me on a variety of things. I left the store feeling confident and ready to be a first time dad! I'm forever grateful and will shop there for a long time to come!

I highly recommend Susie, the pet groomer, at this store. Both my sis and I have difficult dogs. She is excellent at grooming and works her magic on each of their issues. She is always timely and pleasant. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would!

There's new management with plans for home delivery and more. The associate on staff last night was personable and knowledgeable. I love they carry fav brands.

Really nice staff and great selection. Robert (?) was really helpful. Due to Covid the puppy food we wanted was out of stock in several stores and online and he helped us find something else that our puppy liked. This is not the closest pet store, but all of the staff is amazing it's worth it!
