I was looking to buy a new watch recently and decided to stop in Razny. They offered a wide selection of Brietling watches which was perfect for what I was looking for. The sales professional Lois was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I wanted. The specific watch I wanted was not in stock at their location, but Lois was able to get it there the next day for me to try on with no commitment. The whole process was quick and easy and I will definitely be shopping there in the future.

Paige is a good person,although i gave her attitude and hard time for an issue with service on a Breitling watch that was truly out of her/Razny’s control she was very professional and polite nonetheless throughout the process.

I went to Razny in downtown Hinsdale to buy my now fiancé an engagement ring and had the best experience. I worked with Paige and would recommend her to anyone. She was super nice and informative about diamonds and rings. She helped me create the perfect diamond ring that my fiancé is obsessed with and loves showing off. I will definitely be going back to see Paige for our wedding bands and any jewelry needs in the future.

I visited Razny Jewelers in Hinsdale to buy my son a pendant and chain for his 13th birthday. The store is located in beautiful, downtown Hinsdale, IL. Upon entering the store on my first visit, everyone was welcoming and friendly. I worked with Paige, who was genuinely nice and attentive. She wanted me to find the perfect gift---and together, we did! Paige was able to order my son the nicest 14K gold basketball (his favorite sport) pendant and paired it with a rope chain that was in the store. After my first visit to Razny, Paige communicated with me via text on the status of my order. I shared with her my interest in purchasing a different chain that was more within my budget. Upon my second visit to Razny Jewelers to pick up my order, Paige was there with the basketball pendant I'd ordered and different chain options from which I could choose. I ended up with the basket pendant and a nice, woven chain within my budget. I am beyond happy and satisfied with my purchase and the extraordinary customer service I received! Paige made sure the chain and pendant was polished, boxed, and gift wrapped beautifully! I can honestly say, I've found my new jeweler and I look forward to shopping with Paige in the future. She is truly awesome!

My husband surprised me with diamond earrings for Valentine’s Day. Loved them and wore them EVERY day. Recently I smacked my right ear really hard on accident and lost the backing. I was so scared to put just any backing on there. We came into the location in Hinsdale and Lois greeted us quickly with a big smile. She was such a pleasure to work with and put my mind at ease by finding the perfect backing to my earring. I can now confidently wear them again. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Lois. She’s such a sweetheart.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service! Paige was AWESOME!! She went completely out of her way to deliver a quality product and when I couldn't make it into the store to pick it up, she delivered it to my home after hours, on her own time and on her own dime. I’ve really enjoyed working with Razny, Paige in particular. She has been incredibly helpful in helping me ensure a family vintage ring is well taken care with stones secured, so that I can wear it without worry. She’s also advised on & handled the process for about 20 appraisals, several repairs, and is great with helping choose special new pieces. I was walking around downtown Hinsdale and decided to stop by this store as I really liked the designs in the window and wanted to get acquainted with the brand. I immediately let the girls know about my intentions and they greeted me with a warm welcome, offered me a drink and were incredibly friendly and informative! The consultant who helped me with undivided attention was Alicia and I had the most wonderful time chatting with her and checking out all kinds of pieces they had on display. She also helped me create a wishlist in their system so I don’t have to rely on my personal notes to remember what exactly caught my eye :) 100% recommend this place for beautiful jewelry pieces and exceptional service!

I visited Razny to repair and resize a ring. They called with the estimate before hand which was HALF the price of the one I received from Jared to replace a stone, re-tighten the entire setting, and resize the ring. The rep from Razny said it could take around 2 weeks and they were done in about 10 days. I would highly recommend Razny! They did a beautiful job and I’m happy to have my ring fixed. I will definitely be back.

I went to the Hinsdale Razny Jewelers to buy a sapphire and diamond ring and had the best experience possible. Lois helped me with the purchase and couldn't have been nicer to me. I never felt pressured to make the purchase, I was treated very well, and it was a pleasure doing business with Lois and the Razny team.

Love this place. Raznys is why you support local business! They have a great selection but I’m most impressed by their team—everyone is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Paige in particular is the bee’s knees; she goes above and beyond. Need to figure out what’s in her coffee 🧐. If you’re not even into jewelry, just go there and talk to Paige for an emotional boost.

Lois and the razny team has been amazing! They have a wonderful unique selection of rings and they were able to fix my ring easily with resizing, polishing, and tightening. Excellent services! I can't say enough about Lois, she is very professional and made me feel at ease! Highly recommended!!
