Great place to shop clean nice people few items high priced not bad at all

This is by far my favorite Goodwill in the area! Cleanest and most organized, it's really impressive to be honest. Very rarely do I leave without at least a treasure or two!

Went to this Goodwill store first time on Friday with my daughter and we loved it. Employees were friendly could be a little more proactive (training 101) but my sales rep was awesome and she offered me a rewards card to use for future items. It was nice to see that 'Everything had a place, and a Place for everything' nothing on the floors. However, I do suggest they keep a close eye on some of the clothing on the racks that have threading
loose some were torn seems like from hangers or mishandled from customers and those items should be removed. It is good to see that you show the quality and care for what you display and sale in your store because, it's the first and last impression of the day that can make an impact on your customers. I visit this store again.

Though I have never bought anything here, as anything that catches my eye is too big for my vehicle, it is a nice, clean, friendly, and fairly organized store for browsing. If I ever get easy with buying second-hand clothing, I'll probably leave with a car-full. I'm not to that point yet, though.

I have never seen a Goodwill better organized or cleaner than this one! The effort put into maintaining this location is greatly appreciated in this day & age. I found some storage bins as well as a cute purse and blouse. The two Goodwill locations that I normally go to are usually overcrowded and have a lot of items left on the floor in the aisles which is hazardous. I found that this one was so well-maintained and easy to shop at. I also felt safer with how big the space was and how things were spaced out.

Lady entered store without a mask. Employee told her she must wear a mask, lady left. Great job by employee. But several people shopping in store had masks on under their nose or only on their chin. They should have been kicked out also.

Great welcomed feeling . As a disabled veteran who has very low income . This store is absolutely a necessity for my life. There are many things I would change or adress as far as inventory . Locations and sizes prices ect. Overall I found what I needed and More . ;) if you come to browse you will find you cant leave without a deal.. purchases are quick and rewards program already got me 5 bucks off my purchase today was 2 bucks I have abrand name new shirt store tag was still on it lol

Nice staff, super clean neat store, wide aisles (love that). I saw they cleaned/disinfected everything inbetween customer (thank you). Found so many treasures, I left there smiling!! We will go back soon.

I love the Willowbrook location! Workers are friendly, displays are out of this world! I do have some criticism. I find children’s “x-lg” clothes in the women’s section. Men’s and women’s clothing get mixed up. Women’s clothes many times has bust darts, men’s don’t. Men’s shirts usually button on one side and women’s in the other. Women’s t-shirt sleeves usually are cut at an angle and men’s are cut straight. I always find bed risers in the flower pit section!
Your pricing is better than the other Goodwill stores in DuPage Co. it’s overall a very pleasant place. 😊😊😊

Okay so hear me out! They have a one of those review buttons where they have 4 emojis to rate your experience. While walking out I clicked the second best option and when at the door 2 employees kindly asked "Why did we do a bad service?"! They probably thought I clicked the worst emojis and were weirded out by me randomly click the worst one! So I just wanted to say my experience was amazing and there was nothing wrong! I clicked the light green emoji not the upset face! 💙 Love Goodwills. And this one has many stuff.

The cashier was amazing. She careful wrapped our dishes and got us a box without asking.

Great items for great prices. Staff was very active stacking the whole time and being courteous. Smell was not as other goodwill so it was great

This is one of the best Goodwill Stores! I've found designer clothes with the tags still on them! I drive further just to come to this location because i think it's the best.

Neat and clean. Clothes are hung by size. If I don't find what I'm looking for I end up finding another gem or two. Always a fun trip to visit Goodwill!

Small store, as Goodwills go, but very clean. You can easily find a treasure to take home, as I did! I saw some very cool decorator items.

The donation drop off is in the front of the store which is mildly inconvenient spot for a line. But the employees was very friendly and helpful with getting the new bins.

Top notch Goodwill store with great finds. It's a rummage sale paradise. Excellent parking and the stre is neat and spacious.
