Christian with LaGrange Verizon is excellent representative. Honest, knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to talk to and explains what an EXCELLENT COMPANY VERIZON IS TO DO BUSINESS WITH. GRATEFUL.

Daniella was very helpful when I needed help sorting out a billing error on Verizon’s part. I truly appreciated her advocacy and patience!! She’s a real gem of an employee and Verizon is lucky to have her!!

My daughter wanted a new phone and the manager Nolan was helpful and informative. I mentioned updating my mother’s phone and he helped with all my questions. As a result, my mom and I went to update her old phone, and the other store manager was just as awesome! Nathan was patient, accommodating, and most of all provided service with a smile and was so kind to my mother especially. Thank you both for your service and help. I will recommend this store to family and friends.

Had the BEST customer service ever at this location. I highly recommend seeing Chynna Simon for any type of help. She is well informed, patient and pleasant to work with. It was so nice to see her to explain step by step to my mother, who is not the best with tech, how everything works with phones, plans and other devices. I could not thank her and this location enough!

Nolan the manager was amazing, charismatic, disconnected only focus on the person who was in front of him. nice kind patient and very very very attentive he was great had been coming here for four years is the first time ever met him and I recommend them to anyone and everyone is amazing talented and he knows his job

Megan was awesome in helping me switch carriers and transfer everything from my old device to my new one seamlessly. She made sure I got the best possible deal and answered all my questions with incredible patience. I was so relieved at how easy she made the process. Highly recommend this store!

Service was superb. Tyler was thorough, patient with our questions and had a good sense of humor! The manager of the store came over to ask for input and was friendly and made this an even better experience. They even noticed that my husband was having back trouble and gave him a comfortable seat (which he never would have asked for!) All in all MORE than Icould have asked for.

Store Manager Nolan was incredibly helpful. His knowledge was great, and his customer service was the best I’ve seen in awhile. The store in La Grange was busy and he took the time and made us feel like we were priority. Keep up the great work Nolan.

The store representative are very helpful people that have great personalities. Nick, Nolan, and Chynna made my experience of a simple errand a fun adventure to my day. They have an awesome team who clearly know what they do and help you in anyway they can.

David gets an A+, excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped me upgrade 2 older phones. The entire process went so smooth. When you find stores that provide this kind of service, you hang on to them for dear life. I’ll be sure to tell my friends about this place.

Stephanie was very helpful each time I came in. The first time I was just shopping around to see what different companies offered. Then I came in a second time and told Stephanie I want to go through with the deal that was offered sometime this week. Stephanie checked to make sure that the deal was still available she let me know it was. I came back the next day for the third time to go forward with the deal Stephanie hand wrote for me the first time I came in and the second time she looked over.

We spent 3 hours going over every detail and making sure I understood everything. Along with transfering all my data and having my old provider give me my account info to keep the same number.

Stephanie helped make sure I got a good deal seeing how I was upgrading from an S7Edge to a Note20. I told her the phone I had before was a Note4 & I told her that was my favorite phone the first time I came in. Which is why Stephanie advised me to get the Note20.

Stephanie also made sure I got $200 off on my tablet that I bought. A 35% discount on the backpack I bought. $75 off on accessories. Along with everything I fit in the backpack discounted by 35% Which included but not limited to that phone screen, phone case, tablet case, tablet Stylus, UV Light box cleaner, phone wipes, Ear pod pros for my wife who is deaf in one ear so she can use one of them while the other one is charging.

I will make sure to go to Verizon La Grange for any more questions I have. Along with Stephanie being helpful Nolan and everyone else at that location was very helpful to everyone who came in they were all very nice and professional. They kept the store very clean as well and all wore masks which when my pregnant wife came in she appreciated that very much. The store was very busy but they made everyone feel as though they were the only customer in the store when they came in.

David was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took his time and explained all the questions that I had. He was very curious and followed the pace I felt comfortable with. Nolan helped with the next day with 4 more questions and helped me use my phone more effectiantly. He also had a great sense of humor. I am a senior learning a new phone and they both made me feel comfortable with all the new features.

Brianna was great!! She made us feel so comfortable about understanding our promotion, telling us about the new features of our phone, and made it so convenient to walk out of the Verizon store ready to use our phones. The rest of the staff helped out whenever needed and were very pleasant as well.

I came in with a hundred questions about opening a new account, and Christian was above and beyond helpful. Our discussion lead me to decide to bundle a line with someone else and ultimately I will have to take my sale to a different Verizon store location because of that reason, so I feel bad not giving Christian the sale, cause he definitely earned it. But if you are in the area and you want help with a phone, this store and this staff will not disappoint.

David, at this location, is absolute class. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was extremely patient and assisted us through the entire process of upgrading our phones. He mentioned the promotions of the day and we ended up getting watches and some accessories from him at his suggestion. Extremely happy with the experience and professionalism of David as well as the overall staff.

Edwin was awesome. I've been coming here for years and the staff is always patient and competent. Over the phone service is hit or miss, but that is understandable as they could be obligated to in person service at the time.

I've been to other stores where the employees hide out in the back, ignore queues, etc. I dont know if this store takes appointments, but that would be a way to set this store apart from the rest. It kind of guarantees that the right person is providing the right service.

Great customer service! Chynna was extremely helpful during both visits. Answered all my questions and made the process of switching over painless. It’s not easy being one of the only Verizon stores open during this pandemic and I think the team has done a great job trying to help every customer in a timely manner. So far I am happy I made the switch!

Went to this store on June 8 to have my replacement phone uploaded from my broken phone. Stephanie assisted me in that process. So glad I had her as she was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, thorough. Totally pleased with the service I received. Thank you Stephanie....I am a happy customer.

My First time at this Verizon store was probably the best, the moment I got in there I received the best service, more than I was expecting. I had gotten all my lines added to my account, and was given better choices to make my line better, improve my payments and even save some money. Edwin was the best man on the job, Edwin had proved that he was the man to see. I was very impressed with everything that he provided. Edwin has made it much easier for my friends and me, that was joining my line, getting all new phones and accessories. He was extremely patient and made sure everything was working and went above and beyond having to call other customer support and getting our phone done on the same day I believe this man should have a raise, in my opinion, others should look up to him. I visited this store last week because I had just received my new IPhone in the mail and I was having difficulty setting it up. I got there maybe around 6:40pm or so. The store was closing at 7pm, even though online it was listed to close at 8pm. I was met by Megan who so graciously walked me through the process of various downloads. She even stayed late until everything worked perfectly. Great customer service!!!
