Ricky at this TMobile was extremely helpful and helped me through my problem with my broken phones providing the best option for me. Thank you guys

Brennan was the fricken man! He hooked me up with a new screen protector since the one I had was faulty, helped me adjust my monthly plan, and gave me some great honest guidence on which I should go with. Maybe metro sucks (let's be honest though, the type of people who choose it aren't the brightest stars xP) but man, sometimes you run into a great face for the company, and this guy definitely is. Him, Ramses, and the smart fat guy at the metro next to Sam's club are all awesome.

No wait, very nice, I was helped by Shirley and she made the whole process nice and easy and helped me saved on my bill! Also got me to like the lg g stylo 2 plus and I loved it! I will always come back here for anything I need!

I came in today because I made the mistake of thinking Verizon was better.

Ricky not only got me out of a terrible position caused by bait n switch, he got me three lines with three great phones, and at a great price !

So glad I dealt with him and no longer stuck with Verizon.

Stoped by the store earlier today and the sales rep was very nice, i was suprised to see how many different phones to choose from,cheap to expensive...but i had a great selection...the sales rep was beth and she was awesome....i deff recomend this location not crazy busy....i will be back to get a iphone soon 😆

Find the song one guy that knew what he was doing and was willing to set up my account took me seven trees counting all the other stories they sent me to also had their computers down even though I asked before going to the next one.
I got the 40-hour package with $10 extra for hot spotting.. it's terrible!
I can hotspot off my ex's Verizon in the Next Room far better than this $10 data whatever I'm paying for. I'd be better off just giving her the 10 bucks...

I'm canceling my Pandora hotspot or they're going to fix it 5 or 6 trips over there later.

Sometimes good customer service. Employees look bored and miserable. Phones always mess up after downloading an update. Sometimes decent prices.
