We had to stop by Five Guys as I was Hungry for a burger and some fresh cut fries. Walked in around 12:15 on a Wednesday and got waited on right away by Ryan. The first thing I noticed was he had a bead guard on, so I knew food sanitation was priority one. The place was clean and neat with bags of potatoes stacked in order. Another cool thing about this place is they have peanuts for you to eat while waiting for your food order. I immediately got me some peanuts to take back to our table. We ordered our burgers, and you can order them just the way you want. Their burgers are fresh ground beef (not frozen). They have two patties and their small burgers have just one. Now for the best thing is their Boardwalk Fries which is French Fries with the skins on and fried in peanut oil (no cholesterol). They even have Cajun style Boardwalk Fries for those of you that like them spicy. We ordered a large as it was three of us eating them. They also have Hot Dogs, Cheese Dog, Bacon Dog, Bacon Cheese Dog, and a Kosher Dog. They have mike shakes on the menu, but I did not try one maybe next time. Our order came out fast. It was hot and everything on this burger tasted fresh and very good. The Fries were amazing and there were plenty of them. This place has good food and great fries. You may pay a little bit more here, but you must remember everything is fresh from the Burgers to the Fries and you can taste the difference. Everyone should try this place. I give this place a 5 out of 5 stars.

Over-the-top great service. Genuinely (not scripted) pleasant greeting and interaction from multiple crew members. The food, of course, is typical five guys deliciousness. Cajun fries were piping hot with that nice level of spice. Also had a bacon + salted caramel shake and it was great, though I’d say if trying out bacon in your shake, peanut butter is the bestest companion. Gonna have to put in an extra workout this week! Totally worth it though!

I haven’t been into a Five Guys in probably a year or more and came in last week. Ryan absolutely impressed me with his positive attitude, greeting me right away, checking on my order to see how it came out, and constantly cleaning and stocking through his shift. I noticed and stopped him and told him I have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and if I was looking for an employee he has all the facets of an outstanding employee! I wish there were more like that as customer service is losing its luster in today’s world. Most want to sit on their phone and clock out, it’s not everyday you see someone caring and constantly working even when the boss isn’t looking. Give that guy a promotion! You rarely see customer service and work ethic like that in general anymore, much less at a fast food restaurant! He gets five stars from Sam!

Jacob H was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly patient and helpful with my mom who is recovering from a stroke. The food was fantastic too! Great service, great burgers and fries!

My food was amazing. I had an All The Way Burger and fries. My wife had the single patty burger. The food was fresh and pretty quick considering it was cooked to order. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and well kept. Definitely returning to get my burger fix!

The gold standard of hamburgers. You just can't go wrong with Five Guys, actual restaurant quality burgers at slightly cheaper prices and made a bit faster.

Also, the small fries is basically a large fry everywhere else, which is great value.

Amazing customer service! Jimmy jorlon went out of his way to help me! Honestly, I would love to have an employee like him with such good vide/energy. Very clean place and everyone so friendly. They always saying “hope you enjoy” when they give you your food and “thank you for coming by” when you leaving. Scott s. Took my order again with an amazing customer service. HEY, HEY...Great Burger, Fries, and such today. Service was excellent as well.

Place was delicious as always. Recommend asking for fries well done... the results are much better. Additionally we always ask for no salt which tends to provide a much better taste. Service was fast, food was fresh. However the floor could've used a good clean up (maybe a busy day winding down). All in all we will be visiting again.

The store and bathroom are clean kept. Service is pretty good but at times is a little slow. There's a good selection on the menu. Simple feeling if eating inside, there is also outdoor seating. Menu prices are comparable with similar locations.

We ALWAYS love Five Guys. When my kids were still in school that would be our lunch date, our one on one time. So I surprised them ,now they're young adults, and took them out on a lunch date.

Always a great burger and fresh cut fries. Order less fries than you think you might want. They always add quite a bit more than the fry cup will hold. Be prepared to leave filled up when you leave. Always my go to for a good burger.

If you dont know 5 guys flavor... i feel bad for you... but I can tell you that even was a simple mistake of adding ketchup instead of A1 to my burger that the manager made it right quickly and resolved all issues with a smile

What can I say about a place that makes amazing burgers while you wait and fills the bag with fries. The messier the burger the better it tastes and you will need plenty of napkins

The team atmosphere here is really excellent, everyone seemed to get along well with each other and this results in low wait times for fresh food. I think Derrek is doing a fantastic job and he appears to follow all policy to a T, seems to enjoy what he does, I watched him positively reinforces his team(appreciation/compliments) which is fantastic, and is super kind. Hats off to everyone and Derrek.

I would rate the burgers at Five Guys as very good and the fries are the best of any burger joint. I've gone there just for fries; they're freshly cut and taste homemade. The prices are high for a fast food restaurant, but the portions are huge. Go there with an appetite!

Their food is always good. I cannot say enough about their fries - seriously. Their milkshakes are pretty good, too. I like that they aren't so thick that it feels like you're sucking your brain out of your skull. 😀 Service is usually pretty decent, too. Excellent place and highly recommended!

Love to see the smile of this guy’s face! They delivered when my husband asked for extra jalapeños! Love this place!
