Great place for a quick bite to eat. Love their holiday or seasonal shakes. The waffle fries are always amazing. I like the quick and efficient service they offer. They always have a huge line of cars but they move so fast. Great customer service always. Clean store as well.

This Chick-fil-A is AWESOME! The owner, Billy, had created such a great atmosphere. All the staff are so nice and friendly. They truly represent the "My pleasure" statement.

I have a name that stands out for this store, Charles. He is simply the friendliest person I've interacted with in a while. I never have a problem at this store. Although today, the poor guy at the window probably thought what a *Karen* when he asked me to pull in a parking spot. For that, I apologize. The parking lot is the only bad thing about this place and that is because it is always packed.

Chik-fil-a has a reputation for being a friendly and family-style environment even amongst the fast food industry. This restaurant couldn’t be a better example of that. The staff check in on you often and even ask if you need any refills or extra sauces. The service is incredibly fast and they bring the food right to your table. The addition of a small playground for toddlers is a nice bonus for younger families. I could not speak higher of this location.

Love that they are one of the few fast food places that have an indoor playground for the kiddos!

I recently visited Chick-fil-A and had an excellent experience. They consistently get the food right, delivering delicious and perfectly prepared meals every time. Even with a long drive-thru wait, the service was impressively fast and efficient. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured my order was accurate and met my expectations. Despite the wait, the quality and taste of the food made it well worth it. Chick-fil-A continues to be my go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for consistently good food and outstanding service!

Kelly's customer service is superb 👌 👏 👍 literally felt at home when ordering my food her smile is contagious and kindness was welcomed Douglas was also amazing got me all the sauces too try and I loved them all thanks for the warm welcome amazing crew here

Service manager worked the lobby hard during busy lunch and followed up on every extra detail - amazing crew here! Great food as usual.

Always a great experience and food...love the playground for the kids and the fact they give out books in there kids meal♡♡♡♡ A weekly thing with my grandson.

My son and I come for lunch about every Thursday and everyone is so friendly , today my two year old son accidentally dropped his entire milkshake on the floor and Charles came from behind the counter assured me he would clean it up for us and made me feel better about the entire situation , I was so embarrassed and he was totally helpful with moving us to a new table and getting my son a new milkshake . Hospitality here is unmatched . Thank you Charles !

Chick-filet is hands down the busiest fast food around and for good reason. Food is superb and staff always friendly and ready to help.

The best Chickfila in SWFL! You can count on having incredible food and exceptional customer service every visit. The entire menu is delicious but my go-to order is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Waffle Fries and a Sunjoy (sweet tea & lemonade)!

Great service kept the line moving and had my food in no time. Food quality was also good.

It's Chick-fil-A. Their chicken is addictive. I believe the chicken they use, are injected with something highly addictive.

Charles was probably the best cashier/employee I’ve ever dealt with at Pine Island CFA. He assisted my family and I with such a heart warming and positive attitude. The greatest customer interaction. If I could tip I would.

Ms. Cheri (The Encourager) is the absolute best! Always takes care of me when I come in for lunch. She is always happy & very personable & attends to your needs! You have a great employee in her!

Didn’t understand the hype of this restaurant. I understand it now. Great food, great service and great people. I didn’t get the managers name but great work Charles and Patricia. I would hire you in a second at my restaurant.

Love this place and food. Be careful because it's addictive! Amazing chicken nuggets and tenders! The Cobb salad is so good! The place is Highly recommended. You must go.
