Lowe's Home Improvement

After spending much time in neighboring stores, I found Lowes to exhibit great leadership and a team that's hardworking.

I was pleasantly surprised by their inventory and great selection. Previously I was a fan of Home Depot, however I quickly learned I was mistaken. Some of the treatment I experienced at Home Depot was troubling to say the least. Lowes was able to work with me and provide a level of customer service that far exceeded their competition.

Personally I've felt so strongly about their business that I recently decided to start investing in Lowes and closed out my former positions in their competitors.

Any local of the area can attest to their experience here... which is why this Lowes has earned a five star review in my book. Thank you!

Just wanted to take a moment to show appreciation for how this store showed support for Memorial Day. By blocking off the Veterans parking spot with a memorial, it really captured the mindset of how Veterans view this day. It's not about the ones that came home, it's about the ones who never made it back. Well Done!! I don't know if this was company wide, but it should be an annual thing at every store!!!

I went to this Lowe's store this morning to get some plexiglass and to have it cut, it was a pleasure to meet Robert who works in that department and he had patience with me beyond belief and cut me about five pieces from one large sheet that I purchased.
He never lost patience with me and he is a five-star employee!
He's not a family member if you're thinking, I met him today for the first time

I went to Lowes today looking for back splash and had a young man name Matt assist me. I needed 4 boxes and at first we couldn't find them. I said thank you and walked to find other things. But he kept looking and walk aound the isles and found me to tell me he found the extra back splash I needed. What a great employee you have. Very helpful and polite. Definitely a keeper.

For the past week and a half my husband has tried to locate his receipt for a purchase made with his company's credit card. We went to the store a week ago this past Saturday to obtain a copy of the receipt, 2 people working behind the counter tried for over an hour to find it. They told him that he must have used a different card or maybe he didn't shop this store WTH! So after standing at the courtesy desk for an hour with 2 people trying to find the receipt we gave up and left. Last night he went back to the store to try one more time. He found 2 extremely helpful, women who I'm sure are underpaid for their abilities Lisa C & Lisa M. Helpful, polite, pleasant and able to locate the receipt quickly and efficiently in less than 15 mins. Two of the best associates he said that he's dealt with at this Lowes by far. Great job team Lisa!!

Robert from hardware was EXCEPTIONAL!! The dedication he has shown in helping us find everything we need while also being patient and kind as we were novice in the matter. Truly a kind and knowledgeable person! If you ever need help at lowes ROBERT from hardware is your man! I don't know what they are paying him but it's not enough, he's so amazing!!

Your employees make this store #1. Im a pro account and have done a lot of business and been to several stores. Super simple returning things and Pat in the lawn and garden is hands down the best, please make sure she knows it!

Very helpful people. Well stocked. Some prices were a bit high in my opinion, but at least I could find everything I was looking for.

Took in a tea towel with the color I wanted to paint a kitchen accent wall with and the gentleman matched it perfectly. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional even at 6:00am. The color looks great in my kitchen

Better prices than home depot on most everything

When Home Depot, which is closer to me, did not have the lawn fertilizer I've bought for a few years, I went to Lowe's and they had it. Bye Bye Home Depot, hello Lowe's!

Typical Lowes, well stocked and the employees were friendly and engaging for once!

I love their plant succulent, plant , and 🌵 selection. I posted a video on YouTube (Ruthie's Succulent obsession) and you can see their amazing plants.

Had to have water hose spicers and Lowe's had exactly what I needed that also came with clamps. Also I purchased a much needed Craftsman tool set for my camper
