Love this store. Love the sales they run. The place is always clean, well lit, we'll stocked and fast check out. The staff are hardly ever available to answer questions, but everything is pretty easy to find.

Went to the Cape Coral Store yesterday to have something framed. The gentleman in the Framing Department, named Benjamin, was a big help. He was polite and courteous and helped with my selections. This store is lucky to have an employee who cares so much about customer service.

Got an art project to DO so I picked Michael to find my stuff, of course I love shopping here, The associates help in every way they can, I will be back, thanks to the ladies helping me.

This Michael's is huge and always has great stock for most needs. As always with here, join the rewards program and pay attention to coupons. The prices seem high at first glance but there's *always* a sale or great coupons. I somehow manage to never pay full price and most of the time it's 40-60% off. 🙃

Bought a canvas print online and took it to Michael's for stretching and framing. The associate who assisted us was very patient as my wife must have looked at 30 or more options. With a 70% off promotion we felt we got a good deal and they did a terrific job framing the print.

I had a very special oil painting framed and I was delighted with the service and the attention that I received, I have another painting that needs to be framed and I will be bringing it in...

Always find something to buy in these stores. I got a felt paperback notebook for a good price @ 5bucks could almost not resist. Plus the stores updated to and the rewards are awesome.. I get a 5 dollar coupon every month for spending only 20 bucks! Would highly recommend if your into arts or crafts.

Was looking for a colored mat board. They had just what I needed. And with my discount coupon it was the perfect price!

My wife was looking for a shadow box. Michael's was having a grand opening so we stopped. She found the most beautiful box for her crucifix fish bone. The price was right too. The crucifix fish is the skull of a catfish found in Florida saltwater. The bones are often found beneath the nest of an osprey or an eagle.

I went in for custom framing for artwork. I was positively impressed with the quality, attention to detail and ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It’s incredibly rare to find such personalized customer service in a large retail environment these days. Simply outstanding.

Super friendly staff and a wide selection of various crafting needs. I'm usually showing up to buy sparkly glitter for my beard because... REASONS! If they don't have what you want there's a good chance they can order it for you and they also have framing in the back. If you bring your teacher ID they take 15% off which is super nice!

As a homeschool family I've supplied our art closet from Michael's for decades and brought my 4 kids each with a coupon and their own money for a reward/treat every month until they changed the rules and reduced the regular coupon value. They have a great selection of art and craft supplies, household decor and framing supplies. Their prices are higher than online sources so I usually wait for coupons to be sent via email. Some are good but most are negligible.

Living in the days where customer service is a thing of the past I cannot express how not only was it a shock, but how NICE it was to walk in a store with no clue exactly what I wanted or needed and experience the BEST customer service in years. I felt as though I went back in time, to the "Good Old Days" what made it even extra nice was that the employee who went above and beyond was a young lady, not to say young people cannot be helpful. Chelsea at the NFM/Cape Coral Michaels offered the type of customer service from the past, she gave me her full attention, walked me to the items needed, helped me choose what I needed (remember I had NO clue) She went so far as to walk me to the front and check me out to avoid waiting for the next cashier all while she never once acted as though she was aggravated or preoccupied that I interrupted the task she was on, which I most certainly did. Thanks to Chelsea I got everything needed to complete my project (including the "How To") I'll definitely be visiting this store in the future.

Ordered picture frame for pick up. Received text within minutes order received. Shortly after another text order ready. Fast and easy pick up. Very polite and friendly clerk too.

If your looking for a convenient place to that has an assortment of items to do it yourself projects. This is the place, there's also other stores and places to eat close by. Great staff to help you look for what you need. I will return to this establishment again.

We arrived very close to closing time. Our cashier was extremely helpful and kind. She made the trip for us. We got some beautiful beads at a wonderful price and, even though they had locked the doors by the time we left, we never felt anything except valued as customers.
