Manager shanan @ store 3061 NE pine island every time I come thru drive thru and she taking the order she’s always super nice 😊 friendly and polite she’s also very quick when it comes to drive thru take out and always has a smile on her face! She works very hard always trying to make her customers happy 😃 n tries very hard to keep it going thru drive thru I give her alot of credit !!! We need more people like her ! 😊😊

Hey it’s McDonalds. We all know what to expect. Here’s the thing. Having been to a few local bad McDonald’s (I’m talking to you colonial) the service is consistently good. As an added bonus there have only been a few times where the ice cream machine was “broke”.

Gotta say, this was a pleasant surprise. They ran the drive thru better than Chick-fil-A today!!! Fast, efficient, and friendly!

That McDonald's restaurant is remarkably clean. Even the restrooms are cleaner than those in most high-end tourist destination restaurants.

Service and food has improved since the last time! Better time, more pleasant staff and customer service.

The food was hot.
I guess it's a good thing when they ask us to pull up to parking space one to give them 5 minutes extra!

Thank you to Mrs. Hope and Stacey for your kindness, professionalism, and effectiveness in getting my family's order correctly, nicely, and cooked fast. We made a large purchase of $40+, and four plus meals, and we received everything we ordered with napkins and the correct amount of straws needed. I didn't haven't to ask for anything else, and thanked them for their wonderful assistance. Due to the way I was treated, I will now visit this McDonald's location as my go to location. Thank you again Mrs. Hope and Stacey!

The dining room was different. We made our order and gave us a number. No congestion. Are meal came about the same amount of time standing and waiting. We got our of own drinking when again sped things up. New to me anyways. I liked the concept.

Everyone was nice. Service fast. Did not care for the peppermint mocha ice flavored drink.

Very kind and got our order quickly. Food was hot and came out fast. Waitress took our trash for us and brought our food directly to us which was nice.

The Mocha Frappe was perfect! I highly recommend if you like frozen coffee.

Today food was hot and tasty and my wife's order was made to order correctly. Fries were really good today. Very good meal and store was very clean. Staff was quick, friendly and busy. Hats off to them

Went at 1130pm tonight 10/25 after I got off work and my food was amazing! Fresh fries although they could have used some salt lol, thankfully I asked for some packets but my nuggets were nice and crispy as well! Hubbies was good as well and he got a burger. Thank you guys!

Dinner break... Service prompt, employee courteous, restaurant clean inside & out... All COVID-19 precautions in place...

All the employee's are very friendly. They can't do enough for you. Food is always consistently prepared. Love there mocha frappes on a very hot day. Just makes you feel good.

I managed to show up at this location at 11:58 on a Monday night just as they were closing up shop. Ordinarily other locations would have said sorry were closed but Bree and Mike made it happen. Very satisfied

I never thought I'd see the day I was compelled to give McDonald's 5 stars. Cleanest, nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. Kudos to the staff and Management!! They brought forks and knifes, knapkins, everything. Legit felt like a restaurant and very polite staff.

We went inside to eat. Associate helped me with the self order panel. She was very helpful and friendly. Place was clean and food ok. Manager stopped by and asked if everything was ok. She thanked us for stopping by. Before we left another staff member asked were ok and if we needed anything else. It was a pleasant stop.

It is McDonald's. That being said the food is always hot. Never much of a wait even when there busy. Open 24 hours.

Drive thru experience was quick and both the woman taking my money and the woman who handed me my food where's sweet. It was everything I expect out of McDonald's and the hamburger was very very good
