The entire store was helpful and courteous. I love that for a smaller store ppl are avail le, and willing to help. The added bonus of being able to get a taste of home (rc cola, behind, vernos) was just the icing on my cake

Your typical small town Ace hardware, just in a super busy big town. Staff is super helpful ( there's usually a bunch working at one time) and super friendly. You will be hard pressed to need something they don't have, huge selection of stuff.

Very helpful staff. Amazing variety of stocked items. Needed to have my handyman replace plumbing parts. They had a display with pictures (for us non-professional plumbers) which really helped me know what I needed to buy.
I love the signs showing all the supplies needed for minor repairs. That way I can get the right gadget the first time.

Their customer service is amazing! I was greeted and directed to the aisle I needed. Then I got more help when I couldn't find the a/c filter. Again, I got help when I needed help finding ceiling light bulbs. I was able to buy everything on my list. This store is my go-to from now on.

Just went in looking for a tool. They help me were very respectful but they did not carry the tool.

I love my local Ace Hardware. It's got that hometown, neighborhood feel. It's so convenient and it's easy to find everything unlike the big box stores. The employees actually greet you and ask do you need help finding anything unlike Home Depot and Lowes where you're lucky to find anyone around to help. The employees are super helpful and attentive!

Very friendly and helpful service, from the moment you step in the door to checkout. Found everything we needed to get my daughter started with growing plants. And bonus, didn't have to visit Walmart.

I returned a defective propane torch kit. I upgraded to a 7pc torch kit(employee suggested).It was a hassle free visit & I also treated myself to the best drinks in the building.

Out of all of the Ace's I deal with all over with my line of work, this one is my favorite! Total bonus is all the awesome small business spices and sauces they have. I've gotten some really good ones and keep trying more whenever I'm able to swing threw the area! Love this place!

This place is great, everybody is super helpful and friendly.

My fiance and I do a lot of weekend projects and home repairs and this store has made our lives so much easier! I'm normally really shy about asking for help finding things from employees but everyone at this store is really nice and goes out of their way to help you solve problems. One employee, Jessie, always warmly greets me when I come in and is eager to help and provide good advice. People like her make me come back to this store even if it is more expensive than other stores.

Tino was so helpful today. My husband went to 3 stores and ace is the only one who had the special bolt we needed. Tino helped find it! Great customer service and wonderful attitude. A+ Thanks again!

Very friendly staff. Store is neat n clean. I called ahead, so they had exactly what I needed. They have a wide variety of products. Almost bought a straw hat. Lots of "stuff" that you don't "really" need, but you just might want/need anyway. Been here before and I have no reason to not go back. So, I will.

I always get my butane gas here, the tank is always filled in front of me, unlike most places, that exchange tanks, but generally aren't filled to max capacity... Ace and a lot of their employees have been here for a long time and seems to be family run, I've always received friendly service. They relocated to this new building a couple years ago, from the plaza down the street, likewise the great service followed.
