I can’t say enough about your pharmacy team. Jasmyn specifically went out of her way to create the best customer experience possible for a woman who was truly having a difficult day. She was patient, kind, emphatic and showed genuine care for the RX needs I had yesterday. CVS should be PROUD of the amazing woman they hired to be part of this team and if she’s not in charge, why not? An asset to your company in every way be sure to rely on her for future success and happy customers. It’s hard to receive a compliment and easy to complain but this young lady warrants the time it took to write this. The next day I’m still blown away by her kindness.
She didn’t have to be. She didn’t have to go above and beyond. She chose to. That’s the power of her business choices when dealing with ultimately sick or post operatively suffering patients. Thank you!!

I was having an issue with my script being transferred. Nicki took the time to assist me and went ahead called Walgreens and took care of it. Appreciate her professionalism and her kindness.

I’ve had to go to this pharmacy multiple times in the last few months, and every experience in the drive thru has been positive. They fill my scripts very quickly, and they have always been correct. The pharmacy staff has always been friendly and polite. Waiting time is normal, so far I haven’t experienced any long lines. No complaints at all.

First of all IM SHOCKED at the negative reviews!! As the old saying goes, you can’t please everyone!! Melissa the pharmacist is the absolute best pharmacist I have EVER dealt with!! I’m on a narcotic medication for some severe pain I’m in due to my health. Every where you go, you get treated like a addict in which IM NOT!!! I was ready to give up and was in tears and stopped by this store. By time Melissa had a second to talk to me I was bawling from how another pharmacist treated me. She went the extra mile to calm me down, and felt sorry that another CVS pharmacist would make me feel like this. She absolutely cared how upset I was when she didn’t have too!!! The rest of the staff is so nice and friendly as well. Thank you Melissa for not judging people when they have a problem and have to be on a narcotic. I sincerely appreciate it from the bottom of my heart ❤ Kim

I am really happy that I found this CVS. With my new health insurance, I could no longer fill my prescriptions at Walgreens or Publix, the two pharmacies that I have used for the past few years. I've had issues with other CVS pharmacies in the past, so I was a bit nervous to learn that I'd have to get my prescriptions filled at a CVS, but it was truly a stress-free experience.

I would highly, highly recommend that you take the time to drive to this CVS if you live in Riverview/Fishhawk. It's worth the extra few miles.

I have been shopping at this store for 5 years now. The sales associates are always friendly, helpful and professional. My favorite pharmacy technician is Rose. She has always been professional and extremely helpful with my prescriptions! Thank you Rose!!

This CVS and all the others, probaley deal with 1000 plus a day. Yes the line s can get a little lone from time to time, but considering how many people they have a day, they do a very good job! You always get more when you have a positive attitude than when you are in a hurry and or upset.. I believe this CVS is doing a GREAT Job...
