Its ups. It's ok. I just go here to return Amazon packages.

I constantly drop off very large packages at this location. I have personally never had an issue with anyone there, nor the postal service itself. The lady at the counter is always nice and helpful!

I cannot express how helpful and kind the staff at this store is, especially the manager, Vicki! My husband and I had a whole trunk full of Amazon returns of gifts, decor and wardrobe that we didn't end up using for our wedding in July that had been sitting by our front door because we just hadn't had the time to return the items. We finally rushed to UPS after work yesterday to check this off of our list and after we arrived a whole line formed behind us. There were some people who we let go ahead of us, some people who kept talking loudly about how annoyed they were that this couple had so many boxes and some who were extremely patient. Vicki had no help at the register so she found a way to efficiently help other customers as we were pulling up our Amazon QR codes and family's addresses one by one. She even gave us tips on how to find the information more quickly and did not pay any attention to the rude words of people in line who were trying to give us and her a hard time, but she still found a way to help them and get them out as quickly as she could while still being attentive to us. She was patient, calm, kind, professional and efficient all at the same time to all of her customers. We arrived there 20 minutes before the store closed and took about 30 minutes to complete our shipments. Many people would be annoyed at this, but not Vicki. She even called me this morning to let me know that we left one box on the printer last night and she looked in it to tell me what it was and told me how to find the tracking number on the Amazon QR code so that she could print out the label without me having to come in. Moving forward, we will be lifelong customers of UPS and it's because of Vicki! She deserves a major promotion!

I have been a customer and have had a box here for nearly 10 years. Management has changed a couple times. When Brian got assigned to this location a few months ago he totally improved everything; customer service, timeliness in getting things processed, etc. This is a very busy location at times and his hustle and professional demeanor has been a welcome change. I hope he gets to be the permanent manager here as he deserves it.

It was super easy to return Amazon products, will definitely be back to ship things as well

Vicki Inganamort is a ROCK STAR! I got to the store with a strange circumstance and the line was out the door. 30 minutes later I am at the counter being assured my complicated transaction will be handled professionally. I found her to be very relaxed under the pressure and I wished she had at least two more hands to take her cool head to another level. The leadership of this store should really look at her work, and send her straight to the spa! ha!

Customer service with a smile! The store is organized and well staffed. My wait time was minimal.

I came in this morning (01/09/19) to return two Amazon packages. I forgot to print the return labels prior to coming but was told I’d be able to send the return labels to The UPS Store email & it could be printed there. The lady was so nice & didn’t complain when it took the second label a little longer to come through. She even taped up both packages....The Post Office normally charges for that!

I would definitely use this location to ship future packages.

Great customer service, staff is always friendly and fast. Tristan is the manager at this location and his leadership truly shows. The store is always clean and in great shape and if they are busy he will always jump up to help. Besides the fact that I need to ship things and its proximity, management (Tristan) is the reason i choose this location over any other one. Great job guys, Keep it up!

I had great experience at the store. The attendant was very professional, he went out of his way to help me reproducing my document, and even when the printer/fax machine didn't send the message he went out of his way to help. Friendly, courteous and polite. I don't have enough words to describe how I felt... (was printing and sending a legal document that had to be there ASAP). It was time to close and he went out of his way to help me. Thank You!!!!!

I could not be more happy with this UPS location. I needed help with a rather large order and called 4 local stores before getting the advice and hep I needed from Vicki at this store. She was patient, understanding, and helpful. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a shipping company, thank you!

After reading the review for all the UPS stores i was expecting a hassle when I went to drop off some rather heavy boxes. However the guy there was nothing but pleasant to everyone there, he greeted every customer. He was extremely helpful despite the fact that he was very very busy - it's a Saturday and the place was packed with people. I went in ready for a fight and came out with a smile. The kid's name was Dusty and despite all the reviews of the ALL the UPS stores- this is by far the one to go to - I do hope his boss appreciates him cause he does a great job.

Awesome customer service! Vicki thank you so much for making sure I had what I needed. Never knew what UPS delivered and when I needed a notary they took care of me. Truly appreciate my experience!

I've been to several UPS stores in the Hillsborough county area and this store is by far the best. The manager there, Sami, went above and beyond with his service. He was polite and patient, even when the store was at peak busy. He was knowledgeable on the shipping services and ensured that I completely understood what I was paying. He also helped my Spanish speaking parents learn how to scan documents on the printer. They were thrilled that he took a minute out of his time to demonstrate the process. This UPS store is a bit out of my way but I will definitely be coming here again!

Awesome experience, I walked in and there was a woman All the way in the back office who promptly got up and said she could help me on the last register. She asked what I was in for, told her it was a return she scanned and said have a nice day. Super smooth transaction and would go there again for sure!

The woman at the cashier was amazing and got everyone in and out so quickly! She multitasked between both computers and even took her time when I asked questions. This woman needs a raise! I was very impressed.

The staff are excellent and I personally have always been amazed at their professionalism and ability to securely send my paperwork or packages to where I need them to go. I especially appreciate this for the repeated packages sent to my college-aged son at his PO Box at school. They have his address in the database which makes it super easy to send things to him.
