Incredible customer service!! Manager Ben Stauffacher has gone above and beyond for this 13 year Verizon customer! There were issues, not of his or the stores doing, but another party, that he stayed on top of for more than two weeks until resolved. Never felt like I was taking all of his time (which I was) and always felt taken care of. I will stay another 13 years!! Great job!!

Tom provided excellent customer service and support! He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was very happy with the service and thorough explanations of my new devices.

Getting a phone upgrade is a harrowing experience. The system is not set up for ease. Fortunately, Benjamin the manager at the University St location was dedicated to solving all issues brought on by Verizon’s system failure. I have been with Verizon for over 10 yrs and have had a virtually carefree experience. But this experience, whether through the Verizon Store or the Apple Store is unnecessarily encumbered with complexity. Ben was my saving grace. He is a trustworthy individual and will navigate the ins and outs of this clunky system Verizon has set up. So for that reason, and only that reason, I have given 5 stars.

Thomas was extremely helpful and kind to everyone in the store and he was very busy. He got us what we needed and also later responded to my phone call. Impressive customer service.

Sean was FANTASTIC in managing a situation I was having with returning a product that never left the store once we discovered it wasn't going to work for my daughter. Although he made the return himself, the product kept popping up on my bill. He carefully documented all of his calls, provided empathy and support to me and firm but professional instructions to the customer service line. It took a few months to resolve, but to no fault of his or the store. I highly recommend this location and hopefully you're lucky enough to work with Sean.

The customer service reps John and Sean were fantastic! They did a great job getting my new phone set up and answering my questions. Also had great conversations with both of them and they were a lot of fun to talk to!

I had such a good experience with Curtis! He was able to upgrade me with a new phone smoothly and break down any question I had. Good people person while being real about the process and prices. Also it seems like he is by himself sometimes, so if you plan on coming by with a problem you think will take long or he doesn’t pick up your call phone calls right away, be patient! Definitely worth coming here.
