I have a Starbucks drink nearly every day of my life There are so many great daily drinks to choose from The food is great and the staff is always friendly

Very fast friendly and patient with my non Starbuck talking language.

Let me tell you this Starbucks is the absolute best place to start your morning
There is not a day that I don't stop in and the staff put a huge smile on my face
Manager is sweeter than a pink drink and the staff are warmer than that first sip of a latte

Please please keep up the amazing job y'all are doing

Busy as you would expect for Starbucks. Parking is better than most and the staff was polite.

I always like that their employees are so friendly and their coffee doesn’t let you down ... I usually order Iced white mocha coffee but I wanted to give it a try to order something new and it was good

I ordered ahead on the app and my order was ready within the estimated time window. The barista who handed it off to me was really friendly. I usually go to a Starbucks on campus, so this one was much more peaceful and less crowded, which was nice.

As I do most of the time now, I pre-ordered. My order was ready, waiting for me when I got there. And it was right! This would be a nice place to go to when the pandemic allows. That said, they are taking the pandemic seriously. Masks are required, and they are keeping distancing rules.

Was having a bad day and went here to do some work. To the sweet Starbucks barista, thank you for the cake pop and being so kind, you made my day.

I loved the Iced Blonde SF Flat White. So refreshing for our hot weather.

The Pistachio latte should be a permanent menu item! Everyone loves it! Cake pops are amazing, small & pricey though.

This location is one of my favorites. The manager Corey is great to work with and he has a great staff working there as well. They are kind, friendly, and funny. I look forward to getting my coffee here!

Starbucks is Starbucks regardless, that's what happens when a big, white, immoral corporation ruins a good thing American style BUT... the people who work here are wonderful. I can get a cup of expensive specialty coffee on every block but there is nothing homogeneous about the people who work in the shoppes. It's the people that make things good 😀

Starbucks is always one thing and that’s consistent but it’s the employees at this location that make it so great! Brock, Karl, and Megan are always so nice and kick my morning off to a great start.

Really friendly baristas at the drive thru! I have gone in the mornings when the drive thru can be busy (long line) and this is the fastest Starbucks in Madison (or any that I have every been to). The baristas are so friendly, especially Megan and Jeff, and can make your day brighter just by saying 'Welcome to Starbucks' and 'have a nice day.' Seriously my favorite Starbucks that I have ever been to.

Fast and friendly service. I ordered the Kiwi starfruit refresher.

I mean the coffee is Starbucks coffee, which I happen to enjoy, but the staff are so friendly at this location that I have to give 5 stars. I came here every day when I was studying for my grad school qualifying exam, and it was great to have a positive interaction to start each day of a stressful process.

I totally have to give a shout out to Megan and Mike on the weekdays drive-thru morning crew!! They know me by name and know my order by heart. I always come away smiling because their service is so awesome!!

Great service and hot coffee (just the way I like it).

Always enjoy my Cold Brew & sprouted grain bagel....OK, sometimes I sneak in a Double Smoked Bacon & Cheddar breakfast sandwich, too.... So nice that Starbuck's is back & open for carry-out....
