Catering is amazing! I used to do a catering order about once a month for boxed lunches, and they are ALWAYS on time, professional, and delicious. Because I've had such success I've just been increasing how often I order from them. I just ordered a spread for about 60 people for a very important event - I knew we could count on Panera to be on top of things for this, and they were. Everything was perfect. Food was on time, accurate to the order, and tasty as always. No complaints after almost 2 years of regular orders. If there's traffic or construction, drivers will call to let me know they're going to be late - but this is outside the norm as they are typically right on time. I am so grateful for Panera - having to provide food to people every week can be stressful when you don't know if you can depend on your food vendor. Being able to trust Panera makes my job so much easier and relieves me of any catering anxiety. Thank you for everything - I cannot recommend Panera catering highly enough!

They have the best soup and bread

Good food and ambience. Patrons have to use the kiosks to place their order. The staff is really nice. It's a nice space to work/ study. The background music played is not very loud which is a plus. Restrooms are kept clean.

The internet became "compromised" according to my Norton security software while I was there. But the food and location was delightful otherwise.

Our top list for quick family lunch...

It was 12:30 on a Friday and we arrived to a huge line. Staff was cheerful and moved the line faster than I thought possible. The food was excellent, I ordered the spicy Thai chicken salad. I overheard an older customer complaining to an employee about something the employee had no control over. The customer was rude but the employee gracefully explained that health codes dictated how the restaurant had to operate. Well done!

Oh how I love this chain restaurant. They have a few select vegetarian options and plenty for meat eaters. There's a great bakery department too! We had a super sweet young girl wait on us tonight. I really appreciated her kindness towards my disabled brother. Great customer service! A very family friendly restaurant too.

Nestled near University Station, this Panera is a fairly quiet place, usually frequented by professionals, retirees and the "working lunch" crowd. There is a wait to order, but nothing that would leave you pressed for time -- actually, it's a relief because you can breathe for a second and welcome the quiet atmosphere.

The food here is good quality, very reasonably portioned, and fairly healthy. This is a bonus for those of us (such as myself) who aren't a fan of heavy, starchy, "normal" fast food and welcome the cafe feel/type of the food (muffins, donuts, soups, salads, small sandwiches). Calorie counts are openly marked (yes!) so you know your indulgences - should you seek them. Many of the items seem to be pre-prepared, such as the sandwiches, but that doesn't detract from the overall quality of the food, which is delivered to your table in a very timely manner.

Staff here are friendly and helpful, and are quick to whisk away plates, serve items, or clean - something that in many chains seems to have gone by the wayside. It is budget friendly, though choose wisely - some items can be more moderately priced.

They must have new management as I haven’t been here in months but the operator is on fire. Made us feel welcomed, took our dishes, was really friendly. Wears glasses, seems like a Manager didn’t catch his name but enjoyed the visit.

Operator is still on fire, the bakery section has never looked so good and the manager's name is Mark! He's kicking butt and makes us feel welcomed, definitely is making this our favorite Panera in Wisconsin. Keep it up!

The place is full of life. So good for studying,or chatting. The coffee refilling is free 😂. The music in the place is wonderful. The baking is delicious 💗. I will suggest the place to anyone. I visited the one in University avenue. I know there's another one in Washington avenue but I didn't went there yet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My husband has dietary restrictions and they were very nice as i asked a ton of questions to make sure i got something my husband could eat. I even heard them double checking the order to make sure the food i got was exactly how i ordered it!

Great customer service. Long story short. I was very frustrated because a lot of places were opening later because of COVID but I needed to buy treats for my kids. Although Panera was still officially closed, they saw my frustration and served me outside of business hours.

It's Panera! What more can I add. Anyways enjoy their meal options. They also have some good healthy salad options if your smells don't coax you into ordering some of the other delicacies cooking up in the back. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff.
