Oh my, the ice cream here is so delicious!! And the one scoop option was actually two scoops, we were very happy with the large portions lol The servers were quick and professional too! This was one of the highlights to our trip to Madison!

I ordered a special ice cream cake for my husband's birthday. I had very detailed decoration that I wanted, including the outline of Greenland and a Dash-8 plane pulling a banner. They did a FANTASTIC job! The cake decorator is terrific!

Very nice staff. Lots of flavors. I got a waffle cone and one scoop.. but the guy gave me half one flavor and half another so I could try two without buying two scoops

The best tasting ice cream I’ve ever had. Super creamy, fresh, and a lot of flavor options. Their “scoop” is pretty generous and equivalent to 1.5-2 scoops at other places, which coupled with the quality makes it worth the money.

Awesome icecream. Really nice selection of dairy free options and they offer gluten free cones. They also have cakes, cookies, fudge and other treats. Oh and a whole bunch of jelly beans 😁

Always packed with neighborhood kids and parents, but service is brisk and the staff bust their butts. I salute the workers. Great ice cream, too!

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s 11th birthday. Omg. The decorations were amazing. With very little information to go on, they created a beautiful cake. We chose the flower theme and the colors of purple, orange, yellow and black. And made a note that she is having a cat themed party and loves Halloween colors and asked if they could fit a black cat on there. The cake was perfect! Thank you so much!

The only ice cream I can eat and not have an upset stomach! Blue moon ice cream is my favorite!!

We are visiting from out of town and needed a cake for my sons birthday. Caleb was so wonderful to work with, he made the process very easy and simple. He asked what my sons interests were and I had no idea what to expect but this cake knocked it out of the park!

Zanzibar chocolate is my ALL time favorite ice cream. I came here last weekend while my father was in town visiting and he told me they had a lemon poppy seed flavor he read about .... I got one scoop of Zanzibar and one scoop of lemon poppy seed.... OMG was it delicious . A great combo..... and lemon poppy seed is a game changer . I need it in my life . I can’t stop thinking about it. I need it and want it. Not sure if it’s seasonal or what but I sure hope I can always have it. Haha!

Great, full selection, fully staffed, clean, and delicious! I can only find the Chocolate Shoppe in Wisconsin, any time I come to town to see my Grandparents I stop at a Chocolate Shoppe location for ice cream! Superman ice cream is the best!

Ironic that for me, I buy only bottled water from this place before I go into the library next door. If I still consumed ice cream though, this would be the place to go.
The sweet aroma almost "strikes" me down upon entering the premises and the service people are very nice and courteous even though I'm just there for water.
The Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream is my go to place to go every time I'm in the area👍!

This place is flawless. The ice cream rivals frozen custard, which from me is high praise. The prices are reasonable. The staff is always friendly. I've been enjoying their product since I first came to town for college back in the 90s
