Walmart Supercenter

I HATE SELF CHECKOUT. However, I was greeted by the supervisor and was asked "how's your day going?" I said "terrible and continued to say how I hate self checkout and how long it was going to take me be cause I don't know how. He helped me complete the transactions and even bagged them for me. I was very impressed when he went on to say " I hope your day gets better." By the way, the store is bringing back cashiers.
This was the best experience ever. He deserves a raise. This was extraordinary customer service.

This is the nicest Walmart and Health Center in all the Tampa area. Best pharmacy staff and tidyest store. The Health Center staff is so friendly and caring. I'll definitely be patronizing this supercenter frequently.

It was my first time here as we were just visiting from Canada , this store is bigger and has everything and love the self check out , they have a lot of counter, so there were no line up when I was paying,

Parking: Big parking

Even though not all shelves are stocked, I was able to find what I needed. Plus is close to my house. Easy way in and out.

Daniel at the front end is an asset to your team. He is the friendliest and most genuine Walmart employee I have ever come across.

The reason I am giving 5 stars is for the customer service I received and I'm sorry I do not remember her name she has pink hair she was the only employee at her station when my mom and I were in line. There was quite a line I might add that I can expect in any walm Walmart what I liked about my customer service representative though was that she took her time and she did our refund and yes I had my receipt and I had another item to refund and that was not sold at your store it was sold at a supercenter so she informed me that I need to take it back to a supercenter that wasn't a problem I give her a lot of praise for the job she was doing she was answering the phone and trying to help customers in line with no added help. Customer service is number one I offered to get back there and help her. Customer service involves a few things one having employees that come to work with a smile on their face which means they're treated right and paid well second of all customer service is helping your customers no matter what no matter if it's something stupid or something easy third of all customer service is about always always always making sure the each and every customer's needs are met

Tried the Walmart pick up and must say it is very convenient and user friendly it helps to save time and get all the required daily items thank you team

Everything is acceptable except for making an appointment to get your tires changed

I saved a lot of money, I was very pleased with the amount I paid for the product and the quantity that I was able to get, considering how high food

This Walmart is super fast when I did a pickup order. I’ve never been inside but I’m sure it’s better than some I’ve been to 🤭

Awesome dude Tyree helped me on two occasions when I forgot my bank card for payment. He offered to take care of my items, put it aside for me to make payment after I come back with my card. Thank goodness l live nearby. Tyree is such a friendly and professional staff who does his job well and treats others with respect and kindness. Thumbs up all the way!!

Clean store and the workers here compared to other super centers seem to like their job.

Great shopping experience...the store was set up a bit different than expected. However, I was able to find everything I needed.

Everything was wonderful except that I saw and heard two ladies complaining about the work and how they were not treated fairly.

I was surprised this walmart wasn't so busy being right next to the mall. I didn't wait in line long at all to check out. Found everything I needed quickly.
