Mi’shon, in the fragrance department, was amazing. She has great communication skills, and the ability to understand and meet clients' preferences. She has exceptional customer service!

My aunt and I went to find myself some clothes. There's a gentleman in the men's section (of whom, and I could be wrong but I believe, of which is of an African ethnicity) who was great. He gave us our space, didn't bombard us w any kind of sales pressure whatsoever! What he did do was find a way to keep alert as to make himself available at the drop of a hat if needed. So when I did need a little advice, he asked for 2 seconds to put something down and he came right over just slightly of immediately!!! He then listened carefully, examined my clothing choices, gave an honest opinion and followed up w (only a few) very good suggestions. I wasn't sure at first because I had my heart set specifically on 2 items, one of them being the deep blue winter vest by the Michael Kors pants and he simply advised that the gray vest was a much better match to my pallet choice of clothing colors... annnddd ..... reluctant at first, but after wearing a couple of the outfits w that new gray vest....... well, . . . VOILA!!! I DON'T REGRET IT AT ALL, IN FACT, I'M HAPPIER BECAUSE.... WELL.... HE WAS RIGHT, it does look better than the dark blue w my clothing. Thanks guy in men's section at Dillard's! Deborah is a fragrance associate at Dillards in the men’s department. Last week my husband and I wandered into the men’s cologne area.

Immediately, Deborah approached us with a welcoming smile. "Hello! I'm Deborah," she greeted, "Can I help you with something?" After a brief introduction, my husband confessed he wanted to replace a bottle cologne that was stolen out of his luggage during a business trip and unable to find.

Deborah replied, "Don't worry, we'll find the perfect fragrance. Let's start with understanding your preferences. Do you know if you prefers floral, fruity, oriental, or woody scents?"

As my husband described his preferences and personality, Deborah listened attentively and began suggesting appropriate fragrances. She let husband take his time, smelling each sample.

My husband identified some he liked that he purchased some he was unsure, Deborah offered to prepare several samples for him to take home so he could try them and see how I also liked them on him.

My husband was appreciative and agreed. Deborah carefully prepared the samples, ensuring to write down each fragrance's name and details.

My husband left the store feeling confident about his choices, and grateful for Deborah's expertise and thoughtfulness.

A couple of days later , Deborah called to advised she was able to find a bottle of the cologne my husband wanted but couldn’t find any where.
We let her know we would come in the next day. Deborah was not just an associate, but a newfound confidante in the world of perfumes. It was, indeed, an excellent customer service experience facilitated by Deborah's empathy, experience, and her knack for going the extra mile.

Dillards you have a diamond and we hope you cherish her as much as we do.

I happen to walk bye the fragrance department and meet Mr. Kevin Flaherty there was a promotion on creed one of my favorite colognes and what a terrific person he is appealing, pleasing, attentive and very friendly made us feel important so I rate this awesome human being 5 stars for his dedication thank you Kevin for your service

I just bought my first Brahmin bag here. Ordered it only line and it was ready the next day. They even gift wrapped it for me. It made my purse that much more special.

Went looking for Mother of the Bride dress and ended up buying a dress for a cruise. The sweet lady that helped us was great! You do not find the kindness and service like that much anymore!! I wish I knew her name to compliment her to the store!

From entrance to exit evey employee was very helpful, the store atmosphere is was very smooth and comfortable.

Every time I come into Dillard's and see Nina at the Lancome counter, my day is made! Nina is always warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about the Lancome products. She takes the time to talk with me about what I'm looking for and find the products that are best for me. She is personable, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend going to see her about all of your makeup and personal care needs!!

Needed a gift certificate. I found out rather than going to customer service, I could have gone to any register in the store to get one . Would have saved me some time. On the other hand, I scored some SUPER bargains, things 50-90% off because it's January. Waterford, some $300 for 99. The biggest was Christmas at 90%. I always look for items that can be used other times of year. These items were $14, which makes them $ 1.40. Of course sales people always aim to please.
