Great place to do business even know the one guy looks like he hates his job everytime I go in there they are not busy

As a mobile Mechanic they always have or can get me the parts I need fast. Prices are good and every one that works there will go above and beyond for you well knowledge

John helped us out in a great way! Not only was I in and out in about 15 minutes with a new battery, but as someone not mechanically inclined, his explanations were highly helpful for the future. He took his time and walked me through changing a battery and the purpose of different batteries. I asked a lot of questions. He was patient. They were all friendly. Much appreciated! On this “beautiful” 115° heat index day, my tire sensor light came on. Ran to a gas station to fill the tires, however, they all appeared to be within range. Decided to pull into O’Reilly and talked to their wonderful manager.
He explained tire sensors to me and had me purchase a very inexpensive tire gage. He then proceeded to come outside with me and assist in checking all of my tires to ensure they were fine.
As a Florida transplant, I was extraordinarily thankful for this gentleman! Undoubtedly he put my mind at ease.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Although they didn't have the item I was looking for. They still tried to explain/teach me about it and where I could find it. It was a wrench for a 2018 Colorado Chevy. The store was clean, and they made sure to acknowledge me while waiting in line ,even though i wasn't in line for very long.

I love O'Reilly Auto parts I have been in need of brakes but couldn't find anywhere where they would be available same day but upon calling the store and given them the information they were able to tell me that the parts were in stock and I could pick them up same day. The experience was amazing the customer service was outstanding I will always try to make it to this location to purchase all my needs in person. God bless this store and the employees.

I went here to have a diagnostic done on my car. The man who helped me was super friendly and helpful he went out of his way to help me. We discussed options for fixing the issue. He was very patient with my limited knowledge of cars. When we weren't sure about something the other service person jumped in to help us find a solution. These guys really go out of their way to help you. I'll definitely be back.

Our car was running really bad. They gave us a free scan. Immediately figured out the problem, the dude helped by giving us a tool to use, to change out the part right there. It was great service. Fast. Friendly. Super helpful. They didn't charge me for using the tool needed. Awesome.

Needed several light bulbs, and these guys looked up the info and found everything for me. Easy in and out.

We have a comercial account here and buy all are parts here they usually have what we need and if they dont they can get it pretty fast i deal with tyler and justin alot and there great guys and helpful i used to use another company but have stayed loyal to this location and its right by home depot and McDonald's and if you need Gas the racetrack is right across the street and the redlight makes it convenient to get in and back out to pine island rd ..have a blessed day everyone

Nice men that work there. Easy purchase and easy return because I bought something I didn't need. Parts for that Audi A quattro are on the expensive side. However, my son found a motorcycle battery a little less $ than the bike shop. So it was a good trip. Ezequiel and James or Michael I cent remember sorry. Were the best help for our two different transaction. Nice brand new store.

I ordered online and when I went to pick up my items they were already pulled and waiting. They carried parts that other companies had to order. Pricing was fair and parts were good quality.
