The guitars were nice, it's been awhile since I've been in. It brought me back to home. The sales staff were quite excellent. I don't even play guitar and I almost bought one. Way cool place to be just to look. Who steals the show baby? It's the guitar man.

I called the Scottsdale store about a guitar I saw online. Miles was the person who answered the phone. I told him why I had called and asked if he could check on whether the guitar was still in stock. He said that he thought so but wanted to see for himself. After verifying that the guitar was still there, I told him that I would call back.
Two weeks later, I called back and got Miles on the phone. I told him that I was ready to buy, but that I needed a couple of pictures of the top of the guitar because the online picture resolution was not good for close inspection. He immediately emailed some to me. When I told Miles that I was satisfied with the pictures, he and some others rooted around and found the original case the guitar had come in. Miles made arrangements to ship the guitar to a store near me. All-in-all, it was a great experience.

This location is dope. Lots of good stuff and the staff is helpful. we drive further to get here then we would other places.... but its definitely worth it.

I went to Guitar Center lookiing for advice on purchasing a keyboard. I wasn't sure what make/model would fit. The two gentlemen who assisted me helped me efficiently and happily find the exact keyboard for my needs. It has the feel of a family business. I was happy to have found them.

Our 7 year old does guitar lessons with Scruffy and it's the highlight of our week! They are so supportive and encouraging of kids and seem to really love helping our lil dude discover a love for music. We are so lucky to have Scruffy as a teacher.

Jordan M is great. Went in knowing nothing and wanting to learn to play guitar. Got me set up with a beautiful guitar and amp while keeping my budget in mind and got me out below under budget. Very informative and made sure my needs were met. Helped me carry gear out to car as well.

I went to the Scottsdale Guitar Center shortly before my cousin's wedding. I had never been out west, so I didn't want to bring my Midwestern humid guitars. I picked up a gorgeous Fender Acoustasonic Player and Dorian and Josh made it the most seamless process I could have hoped for.

After playing the wedding ceremony with this guitar, I asked the team at Guitar Center to ship that particular serial number to my home in the upper Midwest They both remembered me by name and asked how the wedding was. The guitar arrived at my home cracked, but Guitar Center helped me replace it with a versatile Twin Reverb Tone Master instead. It's a pretty incredible consolation prize to have the amp, but I'll admit I was hoping for the more sentimental guitar to arrive intact. This is not a reflection of the Guitar Center team; instead, this gave them an opportunity to step up and support in a meaningful way that they could control. Good people work in music, so thank you again for your help in this process!

All told, my story is a testament to the customer service and integrity at the Scottsdale, AZ Guitar Center under their leadership. Thanks again, guys.
