I visited Total Wine on Monday and had an excellent experience, thanks to Matthew.

Matthew took the time to understand my preferences and offered several well-informed recommendations that turned out to be perfect choices. He was patient, approachable, and clearly passionate about Wine and helping customers find exactly what they need.

Matthew also helped me pick beautiful wine classes and a nice bottle of vodka.

We absolutely love coming here for the wine classes. They are all a little bit different, and you get a different experience with each instructor. Having somebody on hand at the store who can teach you and is also passionate about wine is wonderful. I always know that when I come to total wine. I will find exactly what i'm looking for. I love using the app and having access to the rewards system, which gives me discounts in the store. I feel fortunate to live so close to a great store filled with wonderful people who I have come to know since starting my wine education journey. They also have free delivery on orders over $79, which can be a really nice benefit. When you just don't feel like driving out to get a case for your next party. Their delivery people are professional and check I d so I feel like they're responsible which I like. Thank you total wine for making sure that your employee's training is 1 of your top priorities.

My favorite liquor store, great selection, fair prices and they have Ukrainian beers which is cool. Sadly those beers are probably one of the worst Ukraine produces but still cool to see them in Phoenix. Waiting for a craft beer import and then they are getting 6 stars lol.

I made a curb side pickup order. It was ready in less than two hours and store employee placed all in the rear of my car.

Aleays a good 3xperiance with good pruces. The staff is ver knowledgeabke and will help you with great recommendations if your want something new to try or are just wondering what else you may consider, just ask.

A very popular place with the locals. This place has everything when it comes to alcohol. My favorite purchase is Red Stag from the Jim Beam collection. It has a woody Cherry Coke/Pepsi taste. All my friends love it instead of drinking Jack and Coke/Pepsi. Everybody becomes a happy social drunk. I highly suggest that you try it!

I like going to this shop! You won't find such a large selection of spirits, wines and beers anywhere else! Incredible selection!

Always has what I'm looking for - which is always (and specifically) organic vodka that I use for cooking. I always purchase a minimum of 3 bottles at a time, and they always have a great variety of more than just a few organic vodkas available.

Total package! Seriously, I love champagne. I went to get my usual and thought I would try something new. The new was spoiled or whatever happens to champagne, Anyway, the store took the bad bottle back. I thought I lost $45, but they run their business like true professionals and gave me great customer service! They made a customer for life!

Knowledgeable staff, excellent selection, and convenient location. Simply a great place to shop.

Found what I wanted at ONE store. Both Uncle Nearest Rye and Angel's Envy Rey helpd to complete two "Sets"...excited to try the Uncle Nearest Rye.

I love total wine on Scottsdale Rd. They are never out of our brands. They have the most helpful staff at this location, and we love the in- store tastings. Their app makes it easy to find which isle your item can be found(if you don't already know) and also shows the inventory. Displays are awesome, and selection seems endless. They do it right

I love this store....not just for the wine! It's huge. Great scotch selection, and if you want all types of tequila, gin, vodka, rum and various liquers, they have it all. Cocktails, coolers, beer... and some of their sales are insane. I bought a 1.75L of premixed margarita (comes in various flavours) for $4.99!!! Sure, it's not top shelf, but sure beats a coke or ginger ale by the pool. ...AND they have cigars. This is THE place for wine, beer, liquor and cigars.

The variety here is mind blowing. Ou kids had never been. My daughter is a Barolo lover and had never seen that many Barolo's in one place.

Loved it! I visited from Detroit some years ago. Felt like a kid in a candy store, literally! I’d DEFINITELY come back.

Wow! An overwhelming variety at very reasonable prices. Wine, beer, ciders and all kinds of liquor. The staff here is top notch, each time we visit folks go out of their way to be helpful.

The employees and management are ALWAYS willing to help. I shop as a delivery driver and as a customer. Employees are well versed in explaining some of the product but I wonder just how well some of the younger workers really know a good wiskey, bourbon or cognac. I see a lot of their faces on the shelf that say it's their "favorite"

All in all very clean. Nice large cooker section. (Bigger then other stores)
Check out is quick. Employees are always polite.

In searching for vermouth, I was pleasantly surprised by the huge offering available in this store.
