Glad to see the food court coming back. Bought some heavy duty racks for the shop. Decent price and amazingly sturdy.

UPDATE 5/10/24:
Still the place to go for truck loads of stuff.

Many carts were already clean and waiting. They also had plenty of checkout lines so no waiting. I'm posting a bunch of photos of their keto friendly foods and supplements including some new products I hadn't seen before. If it had sugar I passed on it. The meat sticks are pretty good but a little expensive, they are 1.07 each but they're from grass-finished cows. I'll be trying the egg tortillas or wraps soon. I'm just so not used to making any kind of sandwich I didn't grab them.

Who doesn't love Costco. Cheap gas, good food samples, blue jeans under $20, get your pictures printed, pick up your dogs prescription, buy fancy jewelry. Nuff said

My favorite costco. Less than two minutes from my home I can walk here. Staff always very nice. Feels like home!!

Hands down this is the best Costco location in the valley. I like the lay out and how the store is organized. The staff here is very friendly and the store is kept so clean. I also like the way the parking lot is laid out. I feel like i can be in and out in no time. If you are on the fence about a membership i say go for it, it is totally worth it....

I love that many seniors use this warehouse to get their steps in every day. I like their policy that if something goes on sale within thirty days of purchase, you can get a refund.

Unhappy with treatment in the hearing aid center in Prescott, I decided to try another store. Impressed just by the response over the phone, I drove from Prescott to the Phx/Cactus store-100miles. As I waited, I observed how caring, personal the manager Leila was with her customers - remembered names, situations. Her assistant Elyse did a great job of knowing about their products; best fit for me( a nervous beginner) and explaining details. Elyse told me she had accompanied her grandmother to Costco for hearing aids and was so impressed by Leila, she asked to work for her. Said it lit a fire in her to know and learn more, make it a career. We all hear so many complaints and not near enough compliments. So please pass along my gratitude for having found this special department/people.

Have to have patience on Saturday and Sunday. The lines are long. Best time to shop is between 2 and 5. Then after 7 p.m.

It’s costco. It offers the same inventory and skus as always. The New items in veg section that got added are good. We like the snacks collection. The staff has been good with customers. The bigger items are as using good.

We've been shopping at this Costo since it opened almost 20 years ago. From our experience, the staff provides the best service out of all other locations. We've been to stores in California, Colorado, TX and others in AZ. The staff in this location is excellent and always helpful. They're always willing to help resolve any issues and have an excellent understanding of customer service. The store managers should be recognized for maintaining such a consistently positive customer experience. As an example, yesterday I bought a pair of pants and when I got to my car, I realized they dropped out of my arms between the store and my car. I went back to the store to ask if someone turned them into lost and found. The pants were not there so the manager gave me a credit to buy a new pair. Also, anytime I've had to return an item, there are no questions asked and they refund my purchase. I have yet to find another company that is as customer focused as Costco. My family spends an average of $12k per year at this store and we'll continue doing so as a result of their excellent service.

Paradise Valley Costco is the number one Costco in Arizona and this is why: They let members come in with their dogs, even if they're not service animals, even into the food court. So please, bring your furry four footed friends. Rules don't matter, this is 2022. Also It's in a location where there traffic is chilled. Tons of parking, easy easy. It has a 3 story parking garage next to it with shade! It's big and clean and friendly. It's Costco. You're going to love it! None of the other shoppers are rude. Come and see why it's there best.

The staff goes out of their way to take the time to listen to and meet the needs of shoppers. Friendly and very helpful!

I can come here even when I don't need to buy anything. This place is great and fully stocked with quality products. Don't like your item? Great chance Costco can take it back.

No dogs allowed. Follow the rules. Don't be stupid and complain when you try to break the rules by bringing your pet.

This location doesn't have the selection of fine spirits like Scottsdale's but that's understandable. Why stock something that your audience doesn't buy.

Staff members here are happy and happy to greet, even when walking by.

Their fuel pricing is great too! Combine it with the CC and get more rewards.

Costco is great.

I feel a bit silly reviewing a Costco, I feel like you know what you're getting when you head to one! This is my local store, groceries, car batteries, tires, gas, prescriptions, eye glasses ... we get it all here! Plenty of staffed checkout as well as self-checkout, clean bathrooms, big parking lot, everything you'd expect.

Best place to buy things in bulk. Always friendly staff. Worth the membership price

Good prices and a variety of stuff to offer that is of good quality.

The space is so big and super clean. The most comfortable Costco in Phoenix. Only wish this Costco is by my house. Everything is so organized.

Parking lot is terrible, but once you get inside it’s a great experience. It’s a Costco so it’s always busy.
