The Home Depot

I've come to accept the fact that I am not to be trusted alone in home Depot with disposable income of any sort. Everytime I decide to shop for more than one specific item I end up leaving with an entire cart full of useful, yet impulsively selected stuff. Fortunately for my wallet...I happened upon my most recent adventure late enough in the day that my excursion was cut short by the store's closing time. Had I not been saved by that fact I very well could have left that day completely broke with a ton of cool new toys and project materials. I love everything about this store. No matter what my project and/or home needs are, the home Depot really does have me covered. And it's an even more convenient experience given the stores proximity to my home. Which is quite helpful when it is necessary to go back for additional purchases/refunds/exchanges that might occur unexpectedly when doing home improvements or other creative and/ or useful projects. Their staff is always very friendly as well, not.to mention actually helpful and knowledgeable about the various products that they carry, along with their location within the store. Awesome experience every time.

Went in today to make a return of a cancelled DIY attempt. The 10 gallon bucket of sealant and materials had been purchased with a combination of gift cards (the only way I could afford to do it). The returns area was well-staffed, and I was seen quickly. No longer possessing two of the three gift cards, I knew I would be having some issues. Yet I walked away almost fully reimbursed on my last gift card and debit card. I was out about $10 which I happily chuckled will just count as a restocking fee. A weight was lifted by this customer service rep who was able to figure out the best options for me. Thank you MEGAN!

Employees always helpful this is one of the better locations to go to I would say. All Homedepot’s are the same thing essentially but the customer service here is great whether you call or in person. I called over the phone for a warranty question and they answered it no problem

I prefer taking my kid here for the Saturday workshop builds they have it well organized with lots of room for everyone

I want to particularly recognize Aaron in the lumber department for the most excellent customer service I've seen anywhere in many years. Friendly and very helpful, a huge asset to Home Depot.

My favorite home depot! Always friendly and great associates! David has helped me many times, and has enabled a quick and thorough in and out process! This is my home location I’ll suggest to friends and family simply for the customer service, professionalism and support!

We rented a thatcher but it broke midway through our project. The man (didn’t get his name) who works there was very cool, gave us a refund & we will be able to finish our project next week! We then proceeded to the garden center, & spent over $100 to get our veggie planting project together!! 😀 Thanks Home Depot on Cave Creek!!!

Great place to buy stuff for home projects, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a very big issue employee issue with a flooring return, not the store, as a whole. This issue was not an easy fix, and I was anticipating never purchasing from that location again. Sarah, the store manager, tackled the issue and was absolutely incredible on getting me my refund, and she invested a lot of time figuring out what was wrong. I know this was no easy task. Thanks to her professional and way that she took care of the issue, I will definitely continue shopping at this location. I’m extremely thankful to her!

Hope this encourages everyone, I'm not a handy guy and I've always hired people to do stuff. I got injured at my job and took several months off and during that time I watched YouTube videos on How to do all the stuff I wanted to get done. At the Home Depot I bought the tools and the lumber and built a deck. I bought more tools and moved rock from our yard and planted grass. Check out my pictures. You can do it too. You can! Very nice Home Depot and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I had to return a washing machine drain hose. It didn't fit my combo appliance. Sometimes what I need isn't available at this kind of store and the only place to get the product is from the manufacturer. So, I shopped a little more to see what I could spend my money on so my trip to Home Depot wasn't a waste of time, and it turned out not so bad after all.

Great place to take your dog and buy a new induction range with air fry!! Great prices great selection
