I recently had a great experience returning an Amazon package at Kohl's. The staff was incredibly friendly right from the start. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the team.

Returning the package was a breeze. The staff member who helped me in the back Dale, was friendly and efficient. The checkout process was just as smooth, and the cashier was friendly as well.

Overall, Kohl's made the return process quick, easy, and enjoyable. Thanks to the friendly staff for a positive experience!

I went to return an Amazon product there, knowing that I would get coupons for Kohl’s and Sephora. Who doesn’t like a discount? I can always find a great deal at Kohl’s. The cashier was also very helpful because she found Kohl's coupons that I could use.

Deborah, the store manager there just goes above and beyond! She’s so nice and friendly and walks around helping everyone! She was able to help me find a dress In the size that I needed that was sold out in the other stores. The cashier I had, named Jessica was also super nice. It’s not the closest Kohl’s to me, but I would drive there just for the great customer service that I got!

I was very pleased with the selection of Girls clothes, especially because the local Carters store has closed permanently. I found exactly what I needed! I arrived at 8pm and was glad store was open until 9pm. And of course, I appreciated the sale prices and discounts available.

The store manager was very helpful and patient with assisting us with an online order that was not available online. You can save shipping fee if you are in the actual store and purchase the item.

I just want to say, if your in North Scottsdale go to Sephora in Kohls. Ask for a beautiful young woman named DreAnnashe opened up my world to magical possibilities to my everyday make up . I have never gotten so many compliments in my life! DreAnna, took her time with me and help me understand how to achieve my best look! I want to thank DreAnna and Sophora for having this type of sales support! DreAnna thank you again you changed my life honey ! ❤🙏🏼

I shop for all my wardrobe at Kohls. Swimsuits are on sale now so don't delay. I am a cashier at Home Depot and my work wardrobe is from Kohls. Comfy cotton blouses in this Arizona heat are also on sale right now! Oil paintings hang in my bedroom from Kohls. Also on sale right now! Having an Amazon return station at Kohls brings me in to shop very frequently. Our living room lamps are from Kohls. Our kitchen is furnished at Kohls. I await a turquoise pot set at a tremendous value I recently ordered as well.

One associate helped me select ties to match a purple shirt for an upcoming event. All the associates were friendly and helpful

The customer service at this location is great. The workers are friendly and helpful. I had a delightful checkout experience with Pri!
