Had to pick up a few quick items, and ran across something I could use.

CHEAP TOOLS AT A CHEAP PRICE. BASICALLY THROW Away tools. Great place to find tools you won't find at many stores.

Great attitudes and good service. Prices are pretty competitive but they dohave good deals at times.

Tools are awesome. Buy cheap get cheap. They have all sorts of different prices and quality. But customer service is what I look for mostly in all transactions in life. You never know what kind of day someone is having and what they have to deal with. When you take that into account you may be a little more forgiving for the actions of others. I just watched someone steal from this store and I told the manager I can wait and to go after the thief. He proceeded to let me know that he’s not allowed to and that he could get fired if he did. In all honesty I felt that the thief was stealing from me. His selfish actions makes everyone pay higher prices. When I was finished with my transaction I desperately wanted to chase that waste of a person. He was long gone. I hope you guys have a better rest of your day.
I feel that my transaction would be 30-50 dollars less if it wasn’t for thieves like that. So yes he stole from me.

These guys are the best. THEIR PRICES ARE BETTER THAN W*M & HomeDepot! I had to reluctantly return a bunch of stuff (without my reciepts I must add!) The clerk asked me 0⃣ questions & looked up my returns via my phone # & credited n he back. THANK YOU for making something difficult for me super EASY!

Absolutely love this place. Now. That I am retired I don't need to foolishly spend money on tooling. But I think I would never hesitate to use these professionally.

Excellent prices and good quality tools. They have three levels of quality you get what you pay for. I bought a 12 inch chop saw got the better one and it's awesome. I have bought a lot of products and have had to return very few.

We've had to come here a number of times recently. Everyone is always helpful and everything is pretty easy to find.

Such a cool place for quick and easy tools. Usually much less expensive than the other guys if you know what to get.

We needed an engine hoist and the natural place to go was Harbor Freight. They had what we were looking for, plus heavy duty gloves (on sale) and heavy duty movers blankets to protect the vehicle.

My item came in the wrong box. This was my Christmas present. The new one wouldn’t come until Jan. 12. Gene came thru and saved the day. Despite the fact the he twasn’t feeling well, was short staffed and had the entire store on his shoulders, he still made time to help me out. He told me he would do his best and would call me the next day. HE DID, first thing. He found my item at another store and they were holding it for me. Gene made a difference and helped my Christmas be better. Thank you Gene.

Always great prices and great customer service if they aren't super busy. Some days the sales get very good and everyone and mother shows up. Which slows down the process but still moves along. Some tools you can compare to high quality at half the price. You can also buy tools that break the first time you use it but just bring it back and they will give you store credit with receipt or refund. No receipt you will prob only get store credit. They even have some things that are great for crafters and DIY people. Without blowing your whole bank account. Enjoy the store as I do whenever I walk in.

Sketchy neighborhood (especially no car at night) but since they're only open until what is for practical purposes mid afternoon it's probably safe enough. Lady was nice guy was loud and boisterous but not knowledgeable I ultimately found the item myself. Turned out guy didn't know what I was talking about even with the photo from their app.

HFT is a great resource to have and improvides a lot of value. Stores clean but understaffed. Hard to find someone to point you in the right direction, and lines to check out because they don't have enough cashiers.
