great customer service from Jason in auto. i came in at 8:15am for a battery check and oil change. I was out before 10am. Jason showed me the proof from the battery tester that my battery is good. very happy with the mechanic who worked on the car as well. car is running very well with clean oil.

This was a GREAT location!
We stopped in, and even though we were from out of state, everything was familiar and easy to find. We not only got groceries but also had to pick up some clothing. What we couldn't find on our own, we were able to get assistance quickly from the employees who were working the floor. I was happy to see that there were bags for our items. Here in Oregon, there are none and none to buy, so this was incredible since we didn't bring our own. We hadn't planned on needing any! Win win.
Clean store, shelves well organized, friendly and smiling employees. It looks like the store manager keeps these amazing people HAPPY, and it reflects in their store.

One of my favorite super Walmarts! I'm here on the daily. The employees are wonderful! The store is usually fully stock with front facing products. The store is pretty clean!

It is a MASSIVE location. The arts & crafts area is amazing because of the affordability (well, for most things). The tool section was a little small, but it had the Garden Center as well as paint & fishing supplies! It’s really like a mall all in one store.

Aaron was working in the electronic department and assisted me with my needs when i mentioned i might need a new phone. He informed me that I could purchase an Iphone 15 through his association with Premium Retail. I could retain my Verizon account and working through Premium Retail with Walmart it would be most cost effective. Aaron was an excellent listener and quickly identified that he could assist me in getting a new phone. He answered my questions and informed me of some financial options in purchasing the phone. Aaron was very patient, professional, friendly and offered to set up an appointment to carry through with the purchase and setting up of the new phone. He has good communication skills which will be a good asset in any area of business he purses. Thank you Aaron! Leslie

This Walmart is crazy huge and it's not set up like all of the other ones. They have so much more selection to buy, it's wild. The staff is much more friendly than the employees at most other Walmarts, so that was very refreshing too.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience last night at your store with one of your associate's and we believe this young man deserves recognition for it. Truck team/Stocker associate, Dalton, did a fantastic job! You were out of your value pack Great Value bottled water case out on the main sales floor. My husband asked this young man if he could please check in the back for this and let us know. Not only did this young man come out with a case of water and the correct item, he also loaded the case of water onto the bottom of our shopping cart for us. Dalton has a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and is very friendly and professional with customers! Way to go Dalton and way to go Northsight Walmart! It is associates like this that will make us return to your store again instead of visiting another Walmart location. Thanks so much! A+ and 5 Stars!

This location is beautiful, clean, huge has so many more items than other wm,great variety,and stocked well..still the lowest prices,I compare all stores too

Bradley took the time to ask me what was going on. I just need a battery replacement along with tires needing air and instead of making me wait the long hours that they had line up. He took care of me right away. I appreciate what he did. Highly recommend coming here.

The biggest best Walmart I've ever been in I have never ever seen a coffee section as big as the one here in Scottsdale Arizona anytime I go to Arizona I will be by there to pick up my coffee

What a difference location does to the quality of the store cleanliness, product variety, employee friendliness and overall experience at a Walmart. This store is on its worst day is 10x better than any in Phoenix on their best. Thank goodness I moved to Scottsdale because I had written this company off as a whole based on my experiences in Central and northern Phx.

Kris in the pharmacy is very helpful and a joy to work with! Her great service motivated us to move our prescriptions to Walmart.

Wally world is clean organized, helpful staff stock shelves, great produce, including organic.

The nice thing about Walmart is you can find almost anything you might need. They have a lot a self check registers to move people out quickly.

This is a very clean and well managed store. Employees move with purpose and seem to relish being courteous and helpful. Suggestion -Would like to see a greater security presence in the parking lot at night. Special recognition to the dairy and produce department. Update: the greeters are friendly and do well to promote the brand name. Second update: Ram and Rita are superlative employees. Both are a credit to the store.

One of the largest Walmart's I have ever been in. Clean. Pharmacy is in the center of the store.

Clean bathroom and store; not too cold or hot. The self check-out is easy to operate with helpful attendants. Of course, the prices are low.

Have shopped at different Walmart locations. This was a very clean store. Friendly staff and friendly people here in Cottonwood.

This Walmart is one of the best Walmart stores I have been in and go to regularly. It's always clean and is usually stocked with all of the items they stock. The only other stores that come close to this one or try to come close are the East Mesa stores.

Always a good experience at the finest retail establishment ever made.
