New management has really turned this place around. Still reasonably priced and super friendly staff.

When I stopped in on a Sunday late afternoon, there was one person working as the other was out on a delivery. Even though it took a while to get served because there ended up being about 5 customers at once, all with multiple sandwiches in their order, the worker did not get flustered nor falter. She kept pushing through orders and making excellent quality subs.

Quick service. We weren't able to get soup at the time we went in but not a miss it's hot outside, just wanted some. I'm a boring sandwich person so shaking it up with the topping was a plus

Ordered a large order of sandwiches ahead of time. They were very accommodating over the phone and when I picked them up! Clean, friendly and affordable!

I had really great experience at this location. My ham and cheese was on point, fresh and flavorful. Staff was kind and went completely out of their way to help me. I was pretty empressed with the overall service I received here, it's getting very rare to find somewhere that is checking all the boxes as far as customer service is concerned nowadays.

Ate at this location for the first time and it was great! Everything was very fresh and a great quantity of meat. The staff was very professional and top notch. The store was very clean inside also.

I hadn't eaten at a Goodcents since before the pandemic started and this couldn't have been a better visit for my first time in over a year. Will be back!

Great sandwich. Much better than the "larger" chain. Softer breads and much better cheeses. Cut fresh in front of you. Not stuck together in prepared wax paper. Couldnt see the options of toppings or dressings as well as i would have liked. Poor chip selection but you dont come here for chips.

I just went to the independence location because I was close to it and omg that will never happen again. This Lee's summit location is always nice, accommodating and so much more when I walk in. I will never steer away from this store on Douglas location again!

Love it. Never crowded. Staff is great. They are never out of anything. The Garlic Pepper bread is out of this world and always tastes fresh.

This location has deffinatly gotten better in the last 6 months or so. The staff is very pleasant and are helpful. And the store is always clean. I love eating here

There is a rock solid crew working here. It's good to see younger people that actually care about doing a good job and not just collecting a paycheck.

Mariners overbearing and very rude I believe it's the GM he's learned play some business and learn how to respect other people specially her customers which pay her pills and her paycheck
