Monroe Nissan Service Center

I really appreciate Neil Degraff the service manager here. He really looked out for me. My alternator went out on my 2016 Maxima on a holiday weekend and he made it happen for me to have another vehicle to drive until my car was properly diagnosed. There was no waiting as soon as I pulled in he came right up. His service was the best I've had since going to Nissan of Monroe and I've bn going there for years due to being close to my home. Thank you Neil I look forward to doing business with you again. And thank you to Kayla Asmar as well. Both were very professional

Everyone was very nice and cordial. They were so nice I was late picking my wife up from work but ended up coming back to look at a vehicle hoping to buy one within the next week. This place is awesome.

I came in because my car got hit by a flying piece of ply board (4'x3'). It knocked my bumper loose and pulled the plastic protector off the bottom. I wanted to be sure there was nothing mechanical wrong. I was able to pop the bumper back in, and my dad reattached the plastic protector. The mechanics at Nissan gave it a good once over. They assured me that nothing mechanical was wrong. They said my dad did an awesome job reattaching the protective plastic. I felt like they were super honest. They COULD HAVE taken me for some money. They didn't. They asked me to come back for future work and wished me a good day. Really, really nice people here.

Update 2024: new management here. Tracy Williams is top knotch! You want her to be your service manager. 👍

Underbody was dragging the ground. Last minute called and they were able to take me within 30 minutes. They replaced 6+ missing clips and my underbody protectant is now secure. Less than $25 and about 45 minutes later I was out of the service station. Great job! Great customer service! I will be back

Rebecca, the Service Manager is amazing. She greeted me With a smile and was very attentive. She was sweet and professional. She listened to my concerns and truly cares. I don’t mind driving from Fort Mill to buy and service my 2021 Armada here because I am treated like family. Thanks again.

Never had a dealership go out of their way to make a customer comfortable and trusting in taking care of my vehicle as Monroe Nissan
does. My husband takes both our vehicles to them all the time, and he is a fuss pot when it comes to servicing his “Max”.

They are top notched for repairs and usually have all needed parts.Service is excellent and professional
