I’m at Hillsborough and Lake Summit and I just want to say Julie is the best. She always knows me. I’ve been coming here eight years and she is just the sweetest girl but I just wanna tell you that all the people always greet me so I just wanna say Lee Summit jeweler is the best.

Grace at the Lees Summit location was incredibly helpful! She was able to quickly address and resolve the issue with my wedding band, with zero cost to me! Thank you :)

The people were amazing, very nice and helpful. Miki is the kindest and so fun! Will definitely bring me back. Only complaint..the smell from the nail salon next door is incredibly strong, stronger than in the nail salon itself. I started becoming light headed while standing inside. Definitely a health hazard to the employees and customers. I have never experienced something like this in a neighboring store, whoever owns this strip mall really should look in to their ventalation system, something isnt right.

It’s perfect! I had my wedding ring, cleaned and resized. The way it shines is unbelievable! I’ve been to one other location and I’ve not seen it shine like this.

Chris and his team ( Miki, Julia) went above and beyond to take care of us. We came to them having been to another branch in town. Having had issue for over 5yrs, Chris and team jumped through hoops to help us out even though the issues were no fault of theirs. They took care of us with professionalism, care, and respect. My wife and I can’t speak highly enough of everyone we worked with at this location.

Grace was super helpful and was able to get my bent ring fixed the same day!

This Helzberg is not your average jewelry store. Alexis and Miki are two of the most knowledgeable gals in the business. They know their inventory like the back of their hands. Before I knew it, I had an assortment of fine gems displayed before me, all beautiful and exactly what I was in the market for. I wanted to leave with all of them! And not only that, but I was given a backstory on some of the rocks I was interested in. But I think what I liked most of all about Alexis and Miki was their honesty. I wasn't treated like just another customer. I could tell they genuinely care about their guests at this Helzberg and take pride in providing the best possible service, experience and price! If you want quality, you want this Helzberg. You want Alexis. You want Miki.

Again an amazing experience at Helzburg in Lees Summit. Prisclla was very respectable, knows jewelry in and out. Excellent customer service. I encourage everyone to go see her and for her supervisor to give her a raised!!!

We take our jewelry in every six months to get it cleaned and checked. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We received outstanding service when we originally purchased our jewelry too. other jewelry pieces. We would definitely go to this store again for all future purchases and highly recommend them to our family and friends.
