We pulled up later on Friday night to get a fish-o-fillet redeemed. To add a little bit of spice, we also ordered 20 nuggies. (I regret not getting fries 🍟)
When I opened the burger, I was shocked… it actually looked like the burger in the commercial!!
And let me tell you! It tasted like that too!!
Crispy, fluffy, the fish actually tasted like fish.
The best fast food Mc Donald’s fish-o-fillet I’ve ever had. ✨

The nuggets were crispy too but only half as thick as they usually are. 🍗

Now I know McDonald's is McDonald's. Let me tell you about my experience . Upon entering the restaurant, the place was quiet and clean. I heard an employee who was a young employee ask a young lady if she was okay . I went about my business and placed my order. The manager brought our food to the table and something was missing. He quickly brought our missing item with. I'm so sorry. No big deal, he human. I ask for some vanilla creamer. I should have known they didn't have any. The manager quickly jumped in and was like I have this meeting me at my table. What a sweetheart. My 5 year old daughter needed to potty as we entered the bathroom, I found a lady scrubbing the bathroom. The scent of cleaner filled the bathroom. Both employees spoke and were super nice. I exited the bathroom, and a young man was bringing tissue to the bathroom to the ladies to stock, and he said, " Good morning." I can't remember the last time I walked into a restaurant, especially a McDonald's, and found one with hot fresh food, kind employees, and a clean one. That's a place that deserves to be recognized, and all employees 👏 . What a great job the morning manager was doing, and his crew .

It was a long line but moved very quickly!!! Hot food and hot fries!

it was very tasty the staff is super polite potato fries, I will never forget them .these workers deserve a higher salary, they are very kind and good the orders were on time and it was juicy burger mmm

They actually run the drive thru properly.

As a local to the area, I can confidently say this McDonald’s location has turned around for the better. They have all new management, staff that seems to care and actually stays! ( I see the same employees all the time as someone who goes to this location 4-5 days a week for my coffee, so that tells you about the management there). It’s cleaner than it’s ever been, and in my opinion is the best of the McDonald’s locations in Charleston.

This is the hottest food from a McDonald's I've ever had. Very nice.

Hello! I am an Uber driver and a big lover of McDonald's. Whenever I come in for Uber, they are always fast about it. And whenever I ordered food from here, it was always top-notch. I just want to say that there is an employee there who is very sweet. He is always kind and very professional. Kudos to him for being a good employee.

Went to get another one of Their Cool and Refreshing Orange 🍊 Hi-C!!! I TRULY am hooked on this Cool and Refreshing Drink! It's Great and doesn't have that much sugar! 🙂

Absolutely the best McDonalds I’ve been too. Fast, Concise, and always tasted good. Fries are always salted perfectly and crisp. Burgers aren’t burnt or dried out like others in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff. An item was left off of my order and they took the time to correct it and helped me out. By far a 10/10 McDonald’s.

This location in my opinion is one of the better ones in this town. The 2 locations closest to it are terrible so if your closer to one of them it's worth the short drive to come to this one. The staff is so much nicer and alot more knowledgeable.

I've been disappointed by most McDonald's I've been to the last decade or so, but this one does a great job. Friendly staff, a relatively smooth drive-thru (even when it's long, it still moves), but most importantly the food is good! Hot fries, no stale buns, and I actually get what I ordered.

Always clean everyone that works here is nice & friendly. Has TV s and seating for persons from tall to small.
I just tried the phone app, not only was my food not done when I got there; waited 5 minutes while they threw food in a bag. My order is correct but both of my fries were bagged sideways so they are going to have to be reassembled.

Fast, Friendly and Clean. Curbside is Wonderful and always willing to help at the kiosk. Napkins, straws and sauces are ALWAYS in the Bag. Ice Cream machine is working 95% of the time.

Store was impressively clean and inviting too

I come here frequently as I own a business nearby. They have always had a friendly staff and food is as expected. I’m writing today as the crew working right now is exceptional, they have a friendliness and vibe that I’ve never seen in a fast food place. You can tell that their great vibe is rubbing off on customers as the chatter is a happy one even though it’s a busy Friday at lunch time.

Fast service and got order correct! Friendly and awesome.

Food was good, service was prompt and atmosphere clean.

Everytime I come in, i am always greeted and treated nicely. The employees work hard and if for some reason your order is wrong, the manager will fix it and make sure you are satisfied.

The bathrooms are clean and the lobby has always been clean when i come in. I eat here about 2 to 3 times a week. Great service overall and the food is wonderful. Gotta love those Big Macs!

Great staff, and the drive thru moves fairly quickly during those high volume "rush hours".
