He seemed to has a couple that was being a lil difficult. There were at least 4 groups waiting. He was professional and courteous to them and the rest of us hangry people.

Our food was awesome! We took it back to the hotel and had a picnic at 10pm in the garden courtyard.

We will be back. We come down every few months.

Taco bell decided to only serve doorsash customers tonight so we popped on over to cook out and had a great experience.
Food came out SUPER quick and was delicious. Ate every last bite.
Yay for you guys, keep it up!

We stopped here to eat, but ended up leaving. I really didn't see anything my grandchildren would eat. For the most part everything looked delicious. I will definitely try at a later date.

I'm from out of state, and it was my first time ever going here. My order was right, it came out fast, the food was amazing, and I got more than I could eat for $12. The guy who helped me (i think it may have been the manager) recommended their special sauce and threw one in for me. It was amazing too. I'm only in Charleston for 2 more weeks and it definitely won't be my last time coming here

Edit: Screw it, 2nd review. I have been going here FREQUENTLY since the first time I discovered it. Absolutely AMAZING still. Open until 3am, cheap, soooooo good. They always say it's hard to get a good review over a bad review, but this one gets 2 from me. Please spend your money here, I want them to expand and move into my home state 🤣

I was on the way home after a very long day at the hospital with my aunt. We decided to try Cookout and I was having a really hard time ordering because we have never ordered there before (and there are lots of options!) I cannot express how much joy Alex brought us with his helpfulness and caring disposition. He is 100 percent the best drive thru person I have ever encountered and an asset to this location.

The food was also fresh and good but honestly, I wouldn't have even cared because Alex was so funny and helpful. 😀 He definitely deserves a raise and praise for his fantastic customer service skills.

Went tonight and the drive through was wrapped around the building. However, the young man working the drive through did a phenomenal job! He was was fast and accurate. He made sure to verify my order at the window and was very friendly and kind! First "Thank you" I've received through a drive thur of any kind in ages! Well done!!

Man working window at midnight-ish tonight was super helpful in helping my partner and i order despite the window being down. Couldn't fit our work vehicle in drive thru, so we were walking away when he said he could take us at the drive through window. very kind

We drove from Texas to Charleston for spring break and went to this location., we sat outside as they don’t have inside seating m. The general manager Adaiah was the best. Took care of us. Great staff. Food was hot and great. Shakes were excellent.

They are fast and also clean,I will give it 5 stars because the guys who work there are very clean the way they prepare the food.

I was in the area the day before and it smelled sooo good ; so I had to stop by yesterday. My burger and fries were REALLY good and I wished my orange float was bottomless! I received service with a smile!!!

My boyfriend will sometimes be "bad" and get this for us and it oddly never disappoints. I don't mind the grilled chicken and fries, he likes the burgers, quesadillas, and cheese bites. Always hot. I recommend!

We showed up with a group of about 15 and were served so fast and Adaiah was smiling and super kind the whole time. De’Aaron and the team were turning out our orders and the drive thru so we’ll. Best big group fast food experience I’ve ever had by far. Couldn’t recommend this location De’Aaron and Adaiah’s team more!

They are absolutely wonderful there, service is fast and friendly. I hate to say it, but those Hispanic are on it. They are running that place very well.

Today was the best day to go to cookout because the guy at the window. It says Evelyn but I don't think he's an Evelyn. He was just amazing people like that that work for you if you wanna find out where it was or who it was I was there at 4:58 PM. My order number was 1155 and it was at the store in Charleston on Savannah Highway.

Drive through attendant was excellent! The receipt says Tashaun, quick, clear, awesome disposition.

Food was very good, too.

I have came to this location consistently for the past two nights, and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed both of my experiences.
Shakes have been excellent and the young lady that is working around 1 AM as a cashier/drive-through order taker is amazing. I would like for management to know that she has awesome customer service, and should be recognized for her hard work. She greeted me with a smile in her voice, and did not hesitate to thank me for coming, she asked probing question verify if my order was correct. I do believe her name is Eula.

This was THE BEST Cook Out experience we have had to date!! Savannah was so patient with my van load of orders. Everything was perfect and individually bagged by each order from my van load of people. It made handing out their orders a breeze. Thank you so very much!
