Pretty decent for the price, got one room with one queen bed, nice sized tv and nice bathroom for 2 people. No roaches in site and great smell!

I like the place it was affordable and reasonable. Cheap place and area looks shady but it was safe for me for the three days I stayed

Unbelievable and perfect in every way to visit and enjoy your time & stay!!! Rooms are spacious, bathroom simple, television had a lot of channels, provided coffee & juice for a boost in the mornings… near a lot of other places… JUST WOW!!!

The rooms are clean pet friendly motel. The staff here are great the housekeepers are hard working if you need anything they stop what they are doing to get it for you. I have my favorites we been here for at least 5 nights a week the last cpl months and here for 2 weeks this time i watch the staff work so hard the matience man is constantly changing mattresses to painting to sweeping up around hotel. We had noisy people above us 1 night sounded like moving furniture they moved them right away. The staff is what keeps this hotel clean and a decent place to stay.

I've stayed here several times, including over a year ago And shin very recently. The changes over time are very noticeable and very positive. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, the staff is very efficient and responsive to the customers and seem to be very genuine in their efforts to insure that all needs are met. The staff pearly are working as a team and appear to be happy in their work, which contributes significantly to the positive atmosphere. This is a budget motel, but the comfort,safety,cleanliness and service were great.

Man this the best Motel in Charleston SC. Good rates, Great places to eat and drink. Ive been staying here alot for years and never had not 1 issue. The rooms are always clean and all the staff is very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this motel.

The rooms are very clean and the wood floors are a plus. Pet friendly and the staff is great! All together this is a well taken care of property.

Nicest staff I have ever come across. Went above and beyond to get me a room quickly under my circumstances and the room was spotless upon arrival. No issues whatsoever and very fair price.

Staff has been super nice, very professional, and very accommodating... the rooms are very clean. Beds are decent, with very clean bedding. Management is very quick at doing their best to handle any situation that may arise. We stay in hotels alot, and this motel is very high on our list of good places to stay. For the price and type of place it is, it is really a great place to stay when u need a normal, no frills type of motel. Again, we could not have asked for better staff!!!

I had NO problems when staying here. All of the staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean, floors were clean, no roaches, bedbugs, or any sort of problem. I felt safe to walk around and sleep. Great location, close to all shopping, restaurants, and sites. There was no refrigerator or microwave but when I ask why I was told it was because they attract bugs. Great reason to not have them! AND I met the manager Ralph Simpson. He went out of his way to to handle all of our needs and was extremely professional. I would stay there any time I'm in Charleston.

I've spent more money on other hotels and still have not been treated as well as I was treated by the staff here. Sure their are no irons or coffee makers in the room. It was 60 bucks. But for that money, I got more respect, courtesy and helpfulness than any hotel I've paid 3, 4 times that amount. Well done.

I was very pleased that what was advertised was exactly what I got from this motel. A good price and a very clean room. The front desk help was very friendly and helpful when I had questions about local hot spots. The girl that works front counter was a delight..Next time I will be sure to book online for the cheaper rate. I have also told my fellow traveling friends about this motel.

Thanks for the discount - our younger son and his wife had twin boys and we enjoyed the week's stay in your Motel 6. Room was great and the bath-room was recently remodeled. Very clean room and supplied with new linens and towels daily. People at the front desk helped a lot with directions and the use of our room key. Happy New Year!

This motel is definitely a 5 star!!! The rooms so clean and front desk very friendly can’t wait to stay here on our next trip to folly beach!

This place is a great little hotel for the price. Small rooms, but that's all we needed. The walls are paper thin, but I think that was mostly the inconsiderate douche canoes that were in the room next to us and less the hotel's problem. There was no fridge, so if you're looking to stay several days, this might not be the place for you. We thought it was great just for a night or two. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Will stay here again for sure.

Every one was nice and professional. Manager extremely easy to work with. Location was excellent for us. Would stay again. The only thing I saw that could have been better, was to have new bed spreads. The one's we had you could tell were worn. Not dirty just worn.

Before we was read their reviews says few stars.... We decided take risk to make reservation motel. When, We arrived at room. We surprised!! Very very impression that very very clean, no smoking, and quiet. We loved and comfortable fresh and as well clean sheets bed. Bathroon is very clean.
But need improve two things is need add sign hang 'Do not disturb" and three peoples, only two towels. Make sure add extra one towel in a room. I was take shower but not have any extra towel. I am stuck and until dry. I have walk to desk front. Manager gave me extta one towel. It was very friendly and nice manager. ,Definitely, We will go again.

Great service good clean rooms, however they don't make too much available for someone who is handicapped. My son and I had to stay in a room that was two buildings that way he had to walk about that far and I had to use a Walker other than that like I said the rooms are clean and if you had any problem with the room you can call him and come up immediately and if they could fix it or give you something too make a room a little better they had no problem with that, the rooms weren't overly expensive and I would recommend it to anybody.

Precious was AMAZING!!!! I was checked into room 139 and she was extremely helpful during my stay from the moment I checked in to when I checked out. I love her energy, her spirit and her bubbly personality. She has a great smile and she was very warm and welcoming. She made my experience worth coming back again and again. We arrived at motel 6 with bad attitudes, the woman at the front desk greeted us with a smile- her name was "Precious", and everyone was most respectful and helpful...in a town where southern hospitality had been forgotten. Our room was clean and not once did we see any bugs. It appears that any previous problems are being corrected as quickly as possible and people are working all over the entire motel. Its not the "Hilton", so dont expect it to be. We traveled to experience real life and real people. Motel 6 has helped restore our faith in people and Southern hospitality. If you want to stay at a place where you feel welcome and experience real life-then this is the place you should stay.
