Well I guess I am fortunate. Donna and other front counter staff have always been pleasant and thorough. Donna recently helped me to resolve a problem involving security issues with delivered mail.

Our mail carrier Sanequa is phenomenal. She hussles, delivers packages to our front door (some of considerable size) and is always pleasant. Sanequa has never made any errors in delivering our mail.

When lines are long is no fun, but I have found all front counter people friendly and helpful. Not a fan of going there but it is what it is!

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with one particular employee at this facility. This employee (unsure if I'm allowed to list specific names?) exhibited the utmost professionalism, and was incredibly kind. I had a package re-routed from VT to this office without any knowledge of a forwarding request, and the entire situation was successfully resolved within 18-24 hours, with the package being promptly recovered and returned-to-sender (me) without incident.

It isn't often a post office even answers their phone, and even less so that they actually call you back when they say they will, and so this customer experience was absolutely worth publicly applauding.

The people who work the counter are helpful and nice.

It’s Christmas time and people think it’s business as usual. These folks working here are always pleasant and helpful even when they have to face the rude remarks and not very nice stares from the line of customers who think their business is more important than anyone else’s. I think a pat on the back once in a while, or at least a sincere “Thank you” would be a welcome change. Get out there ahead of the rush and stop expecting special treatment just because you have a lot to do. Everybody there has someplace else they need to be , so give these postal workers a break. They have families to tend to and all the other stuff that goes with the holidays, also.
So, Merry Christmas and a sincere “Thank You” to all service workers out there .

They are very helpful every time I go which is a lot since we have a PO Box there.

Sure every now and then they forget to put a package notice in our box but if tracking shows delivered, I just ask and they will look. Small town service is good.

Love our post office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and never a problem with mail hold, click-n-ship pick up or deliveries. Keep up the great service "y'all". 😊

The Post Office at 654 Bellamy Ave Murrells Inlet is the best around.All the clerks are friendly and handle the customers very quickly.If the lines get backed up they usually have another clerk open a window to help or
a manager gets the basic mail customers from the lines.

Our new carrier does a great job and visiting our local Murrells Inlet P.O. is always a pleasure!

Talk about going that extra mile...Great service with employees that really care. Sandy is above reproach.
