County clerk Latoya was wonderful in assisting my mother and I. We had questions about how to go about filing a lost title. She was so helpful and patient with us. She explained everything very simple and clearly. She was very nice. Thank you, Latoya

Went down to clerks office today to have a vehicle transferred that I sold to a buddy from Louisville. He had a rough lengthy time getting a hold of his insurance company because they had put the wrong date on his insurance card and the clerk couldn’t legally transfer it without the proper date. With that being said the clerk that helped with our transaction was very helpful and understanding, she was very professional and polite and didn’t get upset or have an attitude because it was taking him so long. In fact she held a friendly conversation with me while we waited on him to get insurance company to fax over a new card. I knew they were getting closer to closing and the clerk said she understood and would do everything she could to get this transferred and squared away today. I believe her name was ADRIENNE. Very professional, polite young lady and a pleasure to work with. Great experience today 👍🏼👍🏼

A self-inflicted issue with registration and licensing for a new vehicle had me at the Franklin County Clerk's Office recently. Deputy Clerk Tonya usually holds my hand when I need help there, but she wasn't available. However, I found out that Mr. Hancock has several other outstanding employees. Shane and Barbie resolved my problem and had me "out the door & on the road", feeling good about my trip to the Clerk's office. And, yes Charlie . . . I appreciated your help (and conversation), too!

Barbie did a great job with the registration of our new boat. Knowledgable, professional and made sure I understood all the paperwork I left with and that it was organized.
