Tropical Smoothie Cafe

It was our first time visiting this establishment. It was clean and spacious. Plenty of seating for a dine-in experience. We ordered our smoothie drinks and food to go and it didn't take long to receive our order. I wasn't greeted when entering but the atmosphere felt welcoming and fresh. Someone was ordering while I looked at the menu. When she finished ordering, I was kind of confused because I was just standing there. I was expecting someone to either take my order or tell me to wait a moment. After doing some work, the man came and took my order. The employee was nice and helpful. The prices are fair and our order was DELICIOUS! I ordered the Sunrise Sunset with added fresh ginger and my daughter ordered the Bahama Mama. We also ordered a grilled cheese kid's meal with a kale and apple side salad and a jerk chicken wrap with a side of sweet potatoes. I highly recommend the jerk chick wrap. I could have saved half of the wrap for another meal but my daughter enjoyed it so much that she ate the other half! Her grilled cheese was cheesy and toasted to perfection. We came at the perfect time because the line was long behind us. I would suggest having more than 2 employees working (especially during busy hours) because while both men were working, no one was at the counter to take orders. I kept hearing the employees saying, "we will be with you in a moment" as people walked in. Our smoothies were not watered down, the perfect blend of fruit and ice. The ginger in my smoothie was delicious and just the right amount. The building is in a high-traffic/ congested area. It would be nice to have an outdoor area to sit but not at that location. I have a kidney transplant and all the other smoothie places around town use Herbalife in their smoothies which is awful for your kidneys. If you want a place that uses fresh and natural ingredients, this is it! We will be back!!

Update: Returned today because it was so good! I was greeted upon entering and asked what I would like to order. The employee was patient and kind as my daughter and I were indecisive with our order. We both ordered the jerk chicken wrap. That goes to show how delicious it is! My daughter got her Bahama Mama smoothie with a strawberry edible straw. We sat and browsed the menu while drinking our perfectly blended smoothies so that we can be ready for next time. I can't wait to try the strawberry hibiscus lemonade next time! Today we ordered corn as a side which was recommended. Also delicious! Thanks for high-quality service and fast service.

I've never had one of those Thier smoothies until that day and I do believe that was one of the best drinks I've EVER HAD!!💯💯👍👍

Last few times I've been here the food is made well and fast.
Literally can't say that about any other restaurant in Frankfort.

I visit Tropical Smoothie Cafe practically every day. I always get the Detox Island Green smoothie and I am always impressed. I used to make a similar smoothie at home, but it took over half my lunch break to make everything. Now I can place my order online, and it’s ready for me to pick up when I get there. The staff are always so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend. My new favorite place!

They have the best smoothies and grilled chicken wraps. Yummy

I finally got to try my 1st smoothie today. Let's say "Oh My! Can I have one tomorrow?!" This place is awesome! So many options and add-ons. I can't stop thinking about the Bahama Mama that I had today. I even splurge and added a edible straw. Yum!! I will definitely be back, probably tomorrow!

This Frankfort location is phenomenal! So very glad we now have another excellent choice for lunch.
I have been her 3 times already and it has only been open for a little over a week. I am in love with the avocadolado...i crave it now! I have also had the avacado grilled cheese, and cheese quesadillas....so fresh and yummy!
What I like most about this Tropical smoothie place is the superb staff. They are all very sweet, professional , organized and patient.

Never been to this place before today but I'm glad I went. The staff was very nice and I have never seen a more clean food-service establishment.

I love this place The Mango Magic with Splenda is my favorite smoothie I have had a Blueberry Bliss and an Island Punch Even though they were good I still favor the Mango Magic
Today we got a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap and a cheese quesadilla and they were really good
I have got the app on my phone and have gotten a few free smoothie rewards
The staff is very friendly and place is always very clean

Ahhh this place, my wife n I drive an hr each way to Frankfort atleast twice a week for this lol 😂 the owner is cool everyone’s always nice (rare right now) just my two cents
