I love Dutch Bros! I’m usually more of a West Adams regular, but today their store had a busted pipe and they were closed (still love them)! I went to this store as a backup, and they were super busy. They handled the extra rush well, were taking orders from the line in the cold, and were so awesome! Special shoutout to the barista in the gray and black hoodie who was exceptional, honored an app bonus point promo a couple minutes after the noon deadline, and again tolerated the cold to take orders on the tablet! May your tips be amazing forever and always :)

Very friendly staff, from the order taker to the girl working the window. Our lattes were hot and tasty, perfect for helping us stay awake on the drive back to Dallas.

Sensational…just started seeing these and lines were always wrapped in DFW area. Road trip back home and stumbled across one and finally got to experience it. Just was a great vibe from music while waiting and friendliness of the staff…

This was my first time visiting this location. They looked like they might have been struggling with staffing this morning (just my observation, I could be wrong) but either way, the customer service was amazing! I won’t frequent this location as it not in an area that I typically visit, but anytime I’m in the area, I’ll be back to this location.

Absolute favorite coffee shop. The staff and product deliver on every level.

Visited while on vacation, and I just have to say this is the best coffee ever so much better than starbucks and for half the price. The service was also amazing. Wish their was a location in Indiana.

To the barista that served me tonight, THANK YOU. Getting my coffee after a long day of work and crazy kiddos to see you wrote me a note “You’re killing it”. I needed that. Believe me more than I can express here.. I NEEDED it. Love Dutch bros.

I enjoy their sugar free options. If you’re unsure, just ask for guidance and they’ll offer suggestions to tailor your beverage.

Sometimes the drive thru line gets long, but they do their best to serve each customer efficiently.

My interactions have been pleasant every time I’ve stopped by for a little caffeinated pick me up.

This was our first time to Dutch Bros and we couldn’t have asked for a kinder team to introduce us to these amazing drinks!!! I had the Oat Milk Cocomo hot which was oh so good. The pomegranate 🍑 tea is oh so heavenly. My husband had the German chocolate which was HUGE and perfection!! Oh don’t forget Ren she had the puppuccino with a bone on top!!!! She devoured it. They're service is better than Chick-fil-A and their coffee is better than anywhere else.

They have our business but twice now have messed up our order. Once we got cold, In stead of hot, and by the time you drive outta line, which you have been in for 20 min you don't have time to wait to have them change it.

Stopped by this morning to get a cup of coffee for my husband who is in the hospital after surgery yesterday. Had the most stellar customer service experience ever. Everyone at this location always brings their best when taking, and making your order so friendly, and outgoing Always! However this morning my greeting included "so what brings you into see us this morning?"(I was a walk up customer) I told him I was sent by my husband who's in the hospital to get Dutch Brothers explaining we "drive" for Dutch Brothers. He was so warm and welcoming, he insisted the Americano I ordered for my husband was a post operative well wish from Dutch Brothers. We exchanged names but I'm old and forgot his name, however I will never forget his kindness. Pretty certain he was management, what a great leader!

Pidge & I really enjoyed the Toasted Mellow Freeze! It is super good! (Pidge didn't have any, but she enjoyed the friendliness of the staff in the drive-thru) Thank so much! 😀

So glad to see the staff isn't outside in the scorching heat taking orders!!
I'd rather them be safe in the AC and the wait to get a coffee be 30 seconds longer 💜

I live out in Centerville, but stop on my way to and from Georgetown at this Temple location every time I'm in the area :)
I wish we had one in Huntsville, as it's a college town, and I think it would do fantastic!

I absolutely love going to this coffee shop. They are quick, super friendly and seem to truly enjoy their work. Ayla always has a smile on her face and knows my order by heart but always asks if that’s what I’m getting. Hope is the same and will tell me if I should try a new drink. The rest of the staff also know what I like and when they have new staff they are always quick to help them with an order.
110% recommend this shop!
