Outstanding. Medication is so important in my daily life and having two people that care so much for your well-being is an amazing feeling. The response time is so fast, easy pick up, welcoming environment, but most importantly, GREAT customer service. Knowing that my health and financial needs will be met every time I walk in the door is a great feeling. What an amazing addition to the community - I’m so lucky to have Old Monroe Pharmacy!

OMG, best pharmacy hands down! I have been with large national chains since I can remember but have NEVER ONCE gotten the level of customer service, helpfulness, and general care from the large national chains as I did at Old Monroe Pharmacy. This place is THE BEST!

I had been with a National Chain since 1987..a medication of mine went from $20 to $158 and remained there…I’m retired and that truly cut into my food budget…under advisement from my Doctors office to shop around, he stated that cannot be a supply and demand matter, so I had my medications between 2 pharmacies at this point… I saw mention of Old Monroe Pharmacy on a group page and last Month called, Rich took time and listened to my concerns and assured me they could assist me… so this month I called, spoke with Rich and made certain they had the required medications, also was helped in getting all my medications back in one Pharmacy! Just outstanding service, compassion to address all my needs! So thankful my Doctor told me to shop around, and so grateful to Old Monroe Pharmacy for having competitive pricing so I get to eat this month, and if your retired with no social services this in itself is a lifeline…Thank you so much Old Monroe Pharmacy! We had the best experience ever! We always have issues filling ADHD meds, not here! The pharmacist texted immediately and gave alternatives so the dr could send something different. The pharmacist was texting to keep me updated until the prescription was filled. We will be using this pharmacy from now on!

This place is awesome! Definitely a hidden gem 💎!! Their communication is phenomenal! I thought I was communicating with my new pharmacy, but they were so much closer, and when I stopped by the service blew me away!! The store is very clean and organized, and they are so personable!

I went into Old Monroe Pharmacy today and spoke to Rich after going to a couple of pharmacy who had long waits. He was so nice and friendly and had my prescription ready in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this pharmacy very small town feel !

I recently moved from Blacksburg, VA (Go Hokies!), where I had great locally owned pharmacy. So I was happy to find another locally owned place in Charlotte.

The guys at Old Monroe Pharmacy are super friendly and will work with you to ensure all your needs are met. My first time there, they saved me $15 on my prescription! They also offer compounding and other services that you can't get at the likes of CVS.

Once you go local, you'll never go back. It's just not worth dealing with overworked pharmacy techs and pharmacists at the big chains, who seem to never get prescriptions from your doctor or fail to have them ready, and you end up waiting an hour (or more) to get it filled while you wait.

Friendly staff. If you looking for a pharmacy that does have that big corp atmosphere, this is the place. I highly recommend it. A+ service.

Where do I begin? So much to be said.
I'm a caregiver & work. My mom lives with me and has many health issues including being disabled. Medication and dosage changes frequently. Was with big chain pharmacies we just became tired of the run around. The inaccuracies. I researched and came across Old Monroe Pharmacy. I walked in & started asking questions & telling what I need. Folks, let me just say Rich & Glen, the pharmacis, took a load of worrying off me & the times I call they know exactly who I am & are knowledgeable with everything regarding my mom. No only did I gain a permanent pharmacy and better yet a partner in Healthcare. Just can't say enough of having pharmacists that know you & what family deals with daily when being a caregiver. Kudos to a revolutionary pharmacy I discovered. I'm not in anyway affiliated nor being paid for this review. Try this place. You will not be disappointed. Promise.
