Juan and Alex are both amazing! Juan walked us through the entire roofing process, dealt with the insurance company and answered any and all questions I had!!! Alex, Juan’s dad overseen all work done on our home and made sure we were happy after spending the entire day here!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work with a personal and professional experience!

He was able to walk us through every aspect of getting our roof replaced after a wind storm caused severe damage to our roof and a lot of our property. He worked with our insurance company seamlessly. He also helped us pick the perfect color and type of shingle for our roof. He was able to make a hard situation such a pleasant experience. The installation process was impressively fast and professional. Our roof looks beautiful now. So glad that we found them!!!

OWN was one of the four businesses we had quote us for our roof replacement. Alex was fast with his analysis and estimate. He spent a good deal of time to walk through the quote, the contract, and the process. He even took extra time to explain another company's quote to make sure I was fully informed on any decision. Work wise, it was prompt with a great clean-up effort afterwards. I won't need them for roofing for another 30 years, but I'm definitely a returning customer for some other home projects we have on the horizon.

Both jobs have be guaranteed. The work crew was very experienced and professional. I couldn't believe how well this group cleaned up. Own restoration did an amazing job at responding quickly and getting the job done all before I had to leave for vacation. My roof was leaking so terribly and every other roofing company had so many issues with not calling back in a timely manner or even at all. The estimate was extremely detailed and even went above and beyond to do the extra work I asked of them. Came out days later to put on a chimney bracket and fixed the post on my porch. The clean up was a bit iffy but as soon as I noticed it wasn't done properly they sent someone back out right away. They were professional and did such great work! Highly recommend

We were needing to replace the old shingles on our house and detached garage, and decided on a new metal roof. So, I searched the web for local contractors, and OWN’s site caught my eye! I called and left a message one evening, they called me back the next day, came out and gave me an estimate the next and I had them under contract the next. A week later I had a beautiful new roof system, that my insurance company estimated it added at least $75,000 to the value of our property!

On the day of, a crew of 10 highly skilled artisans showed up at 6:00am and worked all day, with only a half hour lunch break, and continued until “dark thirty”. They never broke stride or complained about the 104 heat index! Although they had water and Cokes, it was HOT, so to try to help, we set out a couple of ice chests filled with Gatoraide and Arizona tea, for which they were very appreciative!

It was fascinating to watch them work from the shelter of my shade tree, like a well-oiled machine with everybody knowing exactly what to do, and when to do it. They obviously took great pride as they sought perfection in their endeavor, like they were creating a functional piece of sculpture!

The roof consisted of a layer of synthetic felt underlayment, a layer of solar shield foil, 1"x4" strips, and steel roofing. That is a great combination that really helps save energy. I was surprised how much more work it was to install it than shingles, but it was worth it!

My garage was 15 degrees cooler yesterday from this roof alone! I can finally work in it in the summer without being baked. Thank you Alex and crew! I highly recommend them!

The initial meeting and contract were professional, accurate and timely. The crew was fantastic and completed a complex job with a thunderstorm delay at midday. The jobsite was kept clean and neat and the finished roof looks wonderful. Communication was exceptional and accurate, we’re new to Franklin County and are extremely pleased with our new home roof.
