Super awesome place I been a customer for over 20 years, I searched for it, cause I didn’t want to drive across town, I pre ordered a new phone guess which one it was🤭🤭, ok u win I’ll tell u, I phone 15 pro max, ok thas enough, but ther service is amazing, better then everybody else if u ask me♿♿, also super friendly service😊😊

We love Julia she was so sweet, My 2 year old loved her also!! She was very helpful, & so were the others.. they’re all very nice & friendly as we switched our service!

This was my first visit to this T-Mobile store! I was in the neighborhood for a medical appointment at Rockford Pain Management, and saw this store across the road. I decided to stop in and pay my bill, and am so glad I did! The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is second to none. I especially want to praise Via. She assisted me with my bill, helped me find a replacement wall charger for home use, and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND by coming outside in the freezing cold, windy weather to assist me in setting up my Bluetooth so I could make and receive calls over my car radio! She was AMAZING!! I will definitely be returning for any phone accessories, bill paying, and just to say hi! 5 Star rating!! Stop in and ask for Via; you'll be glad you did!

Isn’t like to recognize Patrick for his efforts and patience with assisting my boyfriend with a mishap with a new phone, his knowledge cleared up the issue promptly as well as his care for his customers and store policy being shown every step of the way. Patrick is a stand up person who tells it like it is and we greatly appreciate all of his help. Keep this guy and toss him a bonus!

Destiny was the most incredible employee I have ever met, her customer service skills and patience were incredible. I must also mention Kenna and Destiny #2, who work so well as a team.

All the girls( Kenna Kera Destiny and Adestin) working there are very friendly and staff was very knowledge about. I did hear about the things that were going on but they have an entirely new staff, much better than the others !! If you don't believe me check them out yourself

I understand the staffing constantly changes. But for the most part this is a good store I have been doing business with them.

T-Mobile is a place to go they will work with you for a plan that suits your needs and I come back every once in awhile and talk to them and they are always full of new ideas or help me with I have a little problem they are all standing I'll give them six stars

The gentleman that I talked with helped me out very much. Always very pleasant staff that knows what they are doing.

The young man was extremely helpful. He explained the problem so we now know what to do and not to do.
