This place has the best customer service in town! When my car needed to be jumped twice in one day, I headed to AutoZone thinking I needed a new battery. An employee named Matthew tested my battery and determined that it was fine, so he set to work trying to figure out why my car wasn't starting properly. He cleaned some corrosion off my battery and made sure everything was connected properly. After some mechanical detective work, he deduced that my starter was the problem. Unfortunately, it seemed to have given out entirely, as it wouldn't even start with a jump. I thought I was going to have to get my car towed, but Matthew showed me where the starter was and how to get it started in a pinch by tapping it with a metal tool while someone else turns the key. I will still need to get the starter replaced, but I was so relieved that Matthew had saved me the hassle of finding a ride home and getting my car towed from the store. I was quite impressed with his level of expertise and the fact that he had taken time to figure out what was wrong with my car and share a trick for getting it started. AutoZone has definitely earned my loyalty!

A person I believe his name is Chris helped me showing me what was needed for my car. Also he helped me understand the code reader on my broken down car. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have transportation thanks.

I had to make a trip do to a flat tire last week. It was around 7:00 at night and I was not looking forward to changing this tire. But the. Staff was amazing. Kevin working there was helpful and knowledgeable and got me in and out in no time with what I needed! (Schrader valve removal tool)

Great store. The staff is always extremely helpful and the products we need is always available. I'd like especially thank Chris the Assistant Manager for helping my wife with an emergency battery install.

Went in not knowing if it was a bad battery or alternator. Was greeted soon as I entered and before I could finish telling them what I was there for, he was already walking past with tester. Talk about great help. Turned out to be battery and he didnt push none on me and gave me a list of batteries from 60 to 160. I'd highly recommend them.

I've used this store for parts an untold amount of times 😅. These mechanics are experts and will get the job done and are extremely generous with their knowledge and assistance!!!! They go above the standard and if it wasn't for that kind of commitment from them there are quite a few times I would have been out of a vehicle much longer than I was. Usually my go-to for smaller and accessory parts

The assistant manager Sy is an awesome employee knows a lot about the job and really makes ladies feel welcome highly recommend visiting if he's working?

Clean establishment, easy to find. Employee was nice, helpful and grabbed all the correct things I needed. I wasn't hounded about buying extra items. Overall I've had great experiences when visiting this store.

Service was fast, they had what I needed and got me in and out. Always nice and clean.

These guys offer to change my bulbs for me in the dark and rain after both my lights burned out. They helped me find a reasonable tool set. They were amazing.

Mark was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I can always count on the guys at this autozone when something random occurs and my mechanic shop is closed. If they are able to help they will and if it’s something they don’t know they will do their best to find an answer. Thanks guys for all the help you’ve given me over the years.

The staff here is great! They are super friendly and knowledgeable. They make suggestions based on what is best for me and my vehicles even if it means they don't sell me anything.

Amazing. Couldn't find the reverse light we needed for an older car and the employee pulled it up on their machine and we found it. Gotta love them rewards too.
