I keep in the car for oil change :) super fast,great service.

First time here and loved it! Was able to stay in the car with the kids which was convenient for me and fun for them. Speaking of fun, the crew was very happy, polite, and seemed like they were having a good time. It was awesome!

I have good experience with them. I went there for my Tesla’s state inspection. Out in 15 minutes.

I’ve had REALLY horrible experiences at other locations so I was extremely hesitant to try again, but I decided to call ahead. I asked a few questions and arrived within the hour. This location of employees was super professional and did not attempt to upsell or suggest any unnecessary repairs. They simply did what I needed which was for my state inspection. Thanks!

On my first visit I was pleasantly surprised with how efficient, knowledgable, friendly the young staff and manager were. They did not pressure me into extra services but showed me up front what services I might need next time. Being late on a Friday afternoon it was a longer wait than I had anticipated but that did not deter from me wanting to return.

I'm one of those people who works all the time and it isn't easy for me to find somewhere that is open, when I am off. Twice I have called them with a last minute rush and they accommodated! Anyone else would have closed their doors in my face. I am a rock solid loyal fan because of it!

Keshawn what is his name I believe was really nice and helpful and very respectful and nice. He did my oil change and my car runs really good because I personally do not know how to do my oil change and he told me everything that he was going to do and he did just as he really really recommend this place very nice staff especially with the employee named Keshawn He was very nice and helpful.

The young people that run this store are amazing. All I know is it's one of the friendliest cleanest places I have ever been to.. I will literally go out of my way to come back here every time. God bless you all.

This was a very enjoyable oil change. There were three technicians working and they were working through all the cars in the bays and working well together. They also have cameras and a monitor so you can see what they are doing to your car while you're sitting in your vehicle. They called out everything they were doing which I thought was cool. All three were polite and very professional. Will definitely be back to this location. Awesome job!!!!

Very quick and professional service here for a state inspection. Definitely recommend!

I simply drove into the parking lot and was promptly greeted by a Valvoline employee with a friendly wave and a smile. He waved me right into a bay and another employee joined him in changing my oil. One was taking care of the business of getting me into the computer and set for service while the other had begun to ready my car for the service. Before I left they even checked my dash lights to make sure I was good to go. They noticed my low tire pressure light and they got on opposite sides of my car with air hoses and put the proper air pressure in each tire. I was good to go! I know they did not have to do that but I really appreciated it. I took my daughters car in the very next week for an oil change. She needed it. I received the same excellent service. They didn't even mind or roll their eyes either time when I inquired about what each oul change would cost. I LOVE THAT!

Received excellent service at this location today. I'll admit my review may be skewed by the fact that courteous and professional service seems to be on the decline around here. That said I was very pleased with my experience. All I wanted was an oil change. Of course they tried to sell me on other services but when I declined they didn't try to persist, which I very much appreciate. I left with a printout of the services they recommended and a coupon if I decide to come back. Exactly how it should be done. Great work today guys

Lawrence, Jordan, and Trevon were super friendly and efficient. I don't know what I was expecting, but their level of service far exceeded it. I'll definitely be back to this location!

Update: Mark helped me this morning with a transmission flush. He was efficient and courteous.

The crew working on my car today at the Indian Trail location was very professional and did a great job performing required oil change. I would definitely recommend their services to all of my friends and family within the surrounding area.

I was referred to this place by a my regular maintenance company since their inspections person was off. I'm glad they recommended Valvoline. I've never been here before but it was just like the service at the Express Lube company I get my services done at. These guys were friendly and quick. Rafael was very helpful and I'm glad I was able to get everything done on my day off even as a walk in.
