I hope this reaches the higher ups and supervisors at this location and throughout the company! I had the single handed best retail experience today. I am from Texas in town visiting friends and stopped by to update my work wardrobe. We were greeted at the door by a warm and welcoming face, Rachel. Even though we assured her we were just looking around, she didn’t hesitate to help point us to the correct jeans we were looking for. Rachel was present and kind throughout the entire experience. It’s not often a retail worker is this kind and helpful. Within just five minutes Rachel had roped in Madelyn and Kenzie. The three girls helped me pick out an entire new closet. They were patient and offered great conversation throughout the experience. If I could have these three every time I went shopping, I’d be the most fashionable and happy person on Earth! Keep it up ladies, kindness and hard work go a long way and what you’re doing doesn’t go unnoticed!

Raring solely based on the employees!! I love the clothes in this store, but really don't have anywhere to wear them to. The employees were very personable and funny, despite us not making any purchase and just window shopping. This store was the only clothing store in bridge street where the employees greeted us when we came in.

I was browsing by stores the other day and I stumble into Buckle...I was really surprised in how clean, organized, and beautiful the store is. I really enjoyed even just looking at stuff. As I looked a sweater caught my eye and to my surprise it was such a good price and the quality is excellent. I was really please with that staff, they were not overwhelming at all or getting in your space as I looked through things. Well, I ended up buying the sweater and it was half off the original price. I was very happy. It looked great on me. I will definitely be back and check things out more often. Great little place to build a nice casual wardrobe. Thanks ! Buckle!!

The customer service at this store is absolutely phenomenal!!! Everytime I go in I am greeted with friendly smiles and offered help. They are always willing to go that extra 10 miles to make sure you a happy and satisfied with your visit and purchase!! An impressively well managed and great staff with awesome personalities! Keep it up and I will keep shopping and buying from you!!

I ran into Buckle quickly to grab a few new items. Tori was my personal stylist. She was so wonderful. I came by myself and she felt like an old friend, telling me the honest truth and helping me find things that look better on me. She is such a positive person and a huge asset to Buckle. I know who I will be calling the next time I shop!! Stop by and see this amazing girl!! 🤗

Okay, let me tell you this little story: I just moved to Athens, and I totally forgot the hours at bridgestreet during the winter time so I googled buckle's hours and it said I'm good to come before 9 so I parked at Bridgestreet around 8:30, run up to the doors and they are locked and see two girls trying to frantically close the store and make the floor look good for the next day.
I feel so bad but I'm never here in town so I just knock on the door and all I need is a pair of pants that I had altered there. Ashley and Nina let me in, tell me they're closed, and I told them why I was so persistent and basically asking for special treatment, and Nina runs to the back for me to get the jeans. They tell me that it's fine and that I need to come back and set up an appointment with them and they'll have a fitting room ready for me and everything. I had no clue Buckle did that. These girls went above and beyond and the store was CLOSED. Please use this review for training other sales associates on their incredible customer service, because I'm just going to say that I had had NO PLANS to ever come back to a Buckle store until Ashley and Nina. Kudos ladies. Seriously impressed. 👌 I will see you two and only you two again. 💗

Amazing customer service and the clothes are high-quality. If you see something you want and they don’t have your your size they’ll order for you completely for free with no charge shipping. I only buy clothes here.

The staff here is wonderful! Just after asking me a few questions they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They new exactly what sizes I needed and were so helpful.

Trendy store with clothes for men and women. Nice staff who pay attention to detail. They will set up a dressing room and keep bringing you clothes as long as you continue trying them on. Kind people work there.
