First time here Devon definitely took care of me fast and great customer service I was in and out less than 10 min definitely a great store

I had the greatest customer service at this location. Jeff is my hero! I went to this location on Mother’s Day for their new promotion! Obviously, a busy day for T-Mobile, but that didn’t stop Jeff from providing the most courteous, honest, and speedy customer service! Even though he was the only one working at the store, he made sure each customer was greeted and he let everyone know he’ll be with them shortly. My particular case was a multi level process, but Jeff was patient with me and explained everything to me step by step. He even went out of his way to contact his store manager to request authorization as apposed to sending me home or telling me to come back another day. I really appreciate that, it would not have been convenient for me to have to return on another day and miss out on the promotion. Overall, I’d have to say Jeff gave me the best customer service experience I have ever received at any T-Mobile store. Thanks Jeff, you rock!!!

Great service as always. Each time, I go for any questions, I found the team very knowledgeable and when they are not sure, they escalate to the manager who in turns comes and assists with more answers and even goes beyond his duty to explain what is happening in the future of technology in the space of mobility. I am grateful to this store and their workers in particular and to T-Mobile in general. I have been a loyal customer since they entered the US market.

I believe that this store is the one that brings together the best T-mobile salespeople, especially Ashley and Gloria. It's been a long time since I was treated like this.

The Best T Mobile in the area. They are a new store that works together like a well oiled machine. I was welcomed energetically and helped by an associate from start to finish. They were very clear about their promotion for "Getting out of the Red" I felt very empowered by their delivery of the promotion. This promotion is to give anyone from AT&T,Sprint and Verizon a change to the truly unlimited and unstoppable T Mobile plan. My new phone bill is more then 25% cheaper from Verizon. I recommended this store to anyone and everyone who wants to keep their phone, save some money and get a whole lot of truly unlimited data!!!!!!!

James Craig is the BEST sale person there. Always greets us with a smile and ALWAYS remembers our names!! He is beyond helpful with ALL our tech issues. He always has ideas for us and we enjoy coming to THIS store because of him!! I no longer will EVER go to the Lake Forrest Mall due to wait and they have continually lied to me. We LOVE T- Mobile and especially techs like James!!

Before lunch, we stopped by T-Mobile. It wasn't busy when we entered but people started to file in. They sell Samsung and Apple devices as well as audio and charging accessories. Thank you Jennison and Junior for installing my screen protector on my Pixel 7 Pro!

This review was long overdue but I bought a phone a couple weeks ago with a corporate rep and had some complications with receiving the phone but Max the store manager went above and beyond to make sure my service and phone was turned on and working. The whole process took two days but he consistently kept me updated on the whole process and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He is a phenomenal manager and really cares about his job!! I switched from Boost mobile to Tmobile and I dont think I’ll be switching to any other phone company!! Yall are the best!!

Recently changed from sprint to T-Mobile, had a great experience in the store. They helped me get new phones for my wife and I, changed all our pictures, contacts and apps to our new phones and made sure everything worked before we left.

I just made the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and couldn't be happier. The customer service was great. The staff assisted me with any questions I had and made the switch easy and painless.

Junior was great helped me find my phone quickly and got me a great deal. I highly recommend this location as my experiences have not been so great at other T-Mobile locations

We went near closing time but they still assisted us with the same energy as if they just opened the store. Both associates were very patient in answering all of our questions. We also got a great deal! Thank you!
