Giant Food

Posting this review just to praise the cart employee outside who is super friendly and greets everyone and thanks them as leaving. He’s always so nice and pleasant and deserves recognition.

I'm giving this spot 5 stars, solely based on the young lot attendent that provided me with directions to the resturant I was seeking, it was during the storm 2 weeks ago, I appreciated his help. I cancelled my uber that was charging me 12.00 to go less than a block. Thank you, I will return, tip the youngin👍🏼

The associates are great. The guy outside, Papis I believe his name tag read is just awesome. He greets everyone with a smile and wishes them a good day. When he’s not working I do miss the “hello my friend nice to see you again” or the “have a great weekend”.

I enjoy coming here every time. The staff are always friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. Their prices are good, the produce is fresh enough, and the shelves are well stocked and clean. They have a pretty good selection of seafood items, meats, and a more than decent bakery. Parking is easy, carts are available, and it is not too crowded ever. Because of the convenience and the friendly staff it beats Wegmans for me a lot of the time.

Erin and another gentleman who's name I sadly didn't catch, in order pickup were incredibly efficient and friendly. The GPS option on the app worked amazingly -my order was brought out as I got to the curb.
The only improvement to order Pickup from Giant at ALL locations would be to provide a store receipt like Harris Teeter & Aldi do so that I can get my credit with Fetch.

One of the best Giants in town and even when you leave the nicest person you will ever meet is the guy who collects the carts. Always has a friendly attitude, didn't catch his name but he seems to be there every time I shop with the family.

Dairy Queen in well Stockton employees are very friendly.

John in the seafood department is always a great help when i come in to get my seafood great customer service always have a great attitude always go above a beyond. Leslie was a great help also one of the times i came in she helped in seafood department. Both have great customer service. The older gentleman that cleans carts is always so welcoming and and even when i leave or other customers leave he is always so nice. Keep up the great customer service just know yall make my day whenever i come in this location

We love shopping here regularly, mostly because all of the staff are very kind and helpful. Their pickup service is amazing as well. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here from time to time for ten years. I think it’s the best Giant in this town. The staffs from doing carts collecting, shelf loading, cashiers, even items organizing lady from manufactures are very helpful and friendly. I can always find my favorite food like Campari tomato, K corn flakes, W jelly, H Daze ice cream, beyo meat, mor farm nuggets, U chips variety packs here. They can make you feel like you are not only a customer but more like a family member.

I'm very impressed with the guy that takes care of the shopping carts. He's a tall African American. He greets you when you are coming to the store in Spanish or Engish. If it's a holiday the same "Feliz Navidad", "Merry Christmas" , "Have nice day etc. I love to shop here. You can find anything you want at good prices. The cashiers are very polite and nice. Excellent job! And kudos to your outside employee that makes you want to return to your store!

This is where I spend half my life getting groceries household goods and just chatting with a couple of the staff there. There is a PNC Bank in most Giants but that's what you get when you want quality service most of the time the prices are right on point for the items that you need for right now for today's dinner and tomorrow's lunch

Really good health food section for a smaller chain grocery store. They also have a lot more gluten-free options than you see in most of the chain grocery stores. They're handling the Covid19 issues much better than the Safeway across the street. Carts are being sterilized as soon as the shopper is done with them and at the self-checkout before they let the next person come in they wipe down the entire keypad section and all of the flat surfaces.

This Giant has very helpful staff and a decent meat and vegetable selection. The lines are never very long and move quickly.

It's Giant Foods...it's a grocery store. But I go here instead of the other local grocers because this one is nice and clean, always stocked, the folks that work here are very friendly, to the point where I've become friends with some since we've been going there so long! I like their natural foods/health isle. Wow, they've got some great stuff there. The bakery here is also one of the better ones

Prices are great . People are nice and helpful . Cashiers are friendly and patient. Been a giant customer for years now never had a problem . My kids love the tiny green customer in training carts .

Decent location. They've got a great variety of seasonal items and just about everything else all the other Giant branches have. Friendly employees that will go out their way to help customers and prompt service. Really 0 complaints.

It has a salad bar which is what I was craving for lunch. I just wish they had self check out. The salad bar is average good. At least it was clean. Tasted good. Ok stocked. I'm trying to get my introvert alone time and there's a customer I can't seem to avoid. He's prolly thinking the same about me--lol. Damn...I spoke too soon... Their 3 bean salad had green beans so tough & no flavor --I had to spit em out. Oh well. Somebody just accidently dumped a rogue can in there. It happens
