I had the honor of dealing with one of the associates named Lauren in Johnston Murphy store located in Clarksburg Maryland. I was sent an email regarding some promotions for holiday season, I called to make sure the date of said promotion. Lauren took my call and assisted me with great friendliness and professionalism. I stopped by the store a few times and eventually purchased two pairs of shoes. Throughout this purchasing process, Lauren remained professional, patient and helpful. I will return to this well-organized and cozy store in the future. I recommend this store for locals needing dress shoes and some semi-dress shoes for casual outfits.

Like any outlet, selection will vary with the day/ week, but overall, staff was friendly, store was clean and when we were there selection was good

The two sales girls at Clarksville’s store showed lack of experience. Silly issue but inexperience showed. It happened 27 th July 1.30 pm.
