Xfinity Store by Comcast

Shout out to Steven! He helped me resolve a transfer issue in just a matter of like 20 mins. I had made some attempts via the phone and the Xfinity Live agent but nothing worked! Second time I come into this store and leave pleased with the service.

I have been Comcast customer for the past 10 years and we have had good and bad experiences within the years. Ray (Raymond) was really amazing today, the waiting time was less than 5 minutes, his customer service was outstanding, the knowledge and passion when he speaks shocked me, not just helping me with my problem, he explains about all possible outcomes and how I can fix them. On top of that, he offered me the cellphone service that they have trough Verizon( I did not know before, and I’m considering now! ) Very good experience!!

I had the great pleasure of meeting with Jaiden Torres at the Xfinity store at Coconut Point. Not only is Jaiden very knowledgeable at his job he presents himself very professionally when dealing with customers like me. He was able to answer all my questions and did so with a smile on his face. Thanks again Jaiden for the pleasant experience.

I received fabulous customer service from Adam! Truly wonderful. Now if the company would get on board with that philosophy and provide an equally good service it would be outstanding.
The internet, cable and phone service are unfortunately lacking.

Always quick and efficient service here. Sure beats calling and wasting 3 hrs on the phone

I walked in ready to cancel my services I've had a terrible experience with online and on phone customer service Representatives not able to correct my bill. Josue Ortiz-Hopkins is the only reason I am still an Xfinity customer today he not only addressed my situation and resolved it but he also was compassionate and understanding because of everything I've been having to go through with Xfinity he is an asset to your team and I do hope that you treat him well if it was not for him my services would have been canceled.thank u Josue..

Though we waited a bit, our service representative, Jaiden, really knew his stuff & calmly answered our questions. We had received a confusing message from our HOA regarding the changes that happened on February 1st but he patiently cleared up our confusion. Very professional & helpful.

Great customer service by all three associates working today! I left the store located in North Naples because the staff there was so focused on shoving a pre-order of the newest iPhone down my throat to the extent that they were not willing to help me in ordering the 12 Pro Max that I wanted. I drove to this location where I was instantly greeted with the most helpful customer service. Everyone was personable and informative, and they were not pushy in a pre-order of the newest phone. They instead focused on what I specifically wanted and made the process so easy that I was in and out in 20 minutes. Now I will always make the longer drive to this store because their customer service is unmatched.

Excellent customer service. Alejandro at Coconut Estero was very efficient while still being personable. Returned 6 remotes, boxes and the gateway in less than 5 minutes. And he closed my account. I'd been dreading the return expecting it to take many many minutes. Wonderful experience.

Went there to search for better mobile phone service. On a friend's recommendation I asked for Alejandro. He is the best. His cordial nature, efficiency and patience (with us) stand out. Very impressive customer service!

I am very satisfied with the service. Fernando was very knowledgeable and relayed all the information in a precise manner. It was a very pleasant experience!! Best part about it it was that we didn’t have to wait to get assistance.

Ok, I left AT&T for Xfinity! I got a New phone, which is really nice, New carrier, and a plan for less money! And my Rep was excellent! I'm so glad I switched..it was definitely worth it!😁

I have been here a few times with great customer service. This trip the gal I had was full of attitude and is not cut out for a retail job. I gave 5 stars because you can't judge a place by 1 horrendous employee.
