Fry's Marketplace

I had my first problem with this store recently regarding an overcharge . However, it was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. Overall, I've been happy shopping at this location. I actually travel farther than I normally would to do my shopping at the Pima/Via Linda location because it has a much smaller store feel to it. I moved here from another part of the valley that was just "go-go-go", "get out of the way". It's nice to slow down and have a little patience. The people at this store are friendly and helpful. Problems arise, but nothing that can't be fixed. I like the produce section, always clean and well stocked. On the occasion that I need help at the seafood/meat, I've always had good service. There have been a few times when the shelf tags for current weekly ad prices have not been placed in time, leading to confusion. It seems to be getting better.

I travel around the county shopping for people, so I get to see all of the stores in the area. This is definitely one of the nicer ones. The employees here are helpful and friendly as well which makes it that much better a place to shop.

It is one of the better run stores in Scottsdale. It's just big enough for the local residents.

This Fry’s location is always in and out for us, never too busy. I absolutely love the crew in the deli!! All of them & the produce guys, I often buy cases of cilantros from them. They are helpful and nice, they never make me feel like I am a bother, such as the 77th st / McDowell location is not my favorite, I hate that I had to type that out, but that store needs some help with hiring nicer people in the deli.

Well stocked small neighborhood grocer with friendly and helpful staff. I really like the folks behind the meat counter. They are very attentive and helpful. Carefully curated produce is one of my favorite things about this location.

Fry's Pharmacy very accommodating in helping me refill a lost prescription.

Jeff at register 7 (used to be 4 I think) is the nicest employee I’ve ever encountered at a Fry’s. He is always smiling and respectful, even when I was behind a lady in line that was belittling him and accusing employees of all “getting raises they didn’t deserve”. Jeff handled it much better than I would have in his shoes. Kudos to Jeff and his devotion to customer service!

I want to wholeheartedly thank Jody, Customer Service, who really helped me with a dilemma I experienced related to my 5/27 purchase and fuel points. I commend her for her fabulous people skills and knowing how to treat the customer with respect, concern, and compassion. Thank you for resolving my issue. You not only satisfied me, you also made my husband very happy.

In addition, the store is great one stop shop and when I am in the vicinity, I stop in. It has everything I need. Their meat department is also great. I get the best ribeye and filet here.

Associates are customer-oriented and very helpful.

This Frys at Via Linda is the best. Employees are helpful and friendly. We always try to go to José for check out. He is efficient and courteous. The store is always well stocked and the Wahoo sales are terrific. Customer Service (Sandy) is the most helpful and efficient hostess. She knows everything and can help with everything

Clean & organized store, great staff, great pharmacy, newly expanded gas station (with the lowest prices in this area). Quite busy during the day but very peaceful after ~7pm. My go-to store for almost everything!

Suggestions for Fry's to make this store better would be covered parking (with solar panels) and maybe some electric vehicle charging!

I love Fry's! They always have great produce, and usually have what you need in stock.

This is the best Fry's! The people are very friendly and helpful. The store is ALWAYS clean and well stocked. They have a Starbucks inside, great selection, clothes and accessories and gas on-site too. I'll never shop at a different Fry's because they pale in comparison.

The cart guy works really hard...saw him out in the rain the other night gathering the carts that customers leave waaaaayyyy out in the parking lot.
He's a sweet kid. Name starts with a K...(Sorry, didn't see his name tag completely.)

I usually don’t write reviews about any places but I had such a great experience with Starbucks at Fry’s. I loved the welcomeness from one particular employee, I believe her name was Lana. She was super friendly, patient and made the best latte. Definitely coming back!

Fry's Marketplace is s much more pleasant shopping experience then the Fry's Signature that is just down the street. If you ask an employee for help locating something they will either tell you exactly where to find it, or they walk you over to it. The cashier's, and the self check out employees are much friendlier at this location. Also the clothes are great. Never thought I would say that about a grocery store! Since there is no Publix in AZ this Fry's is the next best thing.

Great place to shop! Friendly, helpful employees. Many self checkout counters. Many regular checkout lanes have baggers to assist the cashiers for quick & easy customer checkouts.

I like shopping at this Frys. Good selection. Good prices. Clean. But what I really like - they hire a few people with Downs Syndrome. All the workers work hard I know but these people seem to have a great friendly attitude and really appreciate the job. Good work Frys.
