This Walgreens is at Hancock &Santa Barbara, we had the best experience with the Pharmacy, my husband is on workman's comp, the staff stepped up and helped us with the insurance procedures and got the medication to us right away. The associate at the front could tell I was upset and waited patiently as I got myself together ❤. Can't say enough about this place, always takes good care of us.

Great service by sales associates. I was actually greeted and asked if I needed help by the sales associate in the beauty department, that hasn’t happened in what feels like years haha! The cashier in the front was super friendly and kind. I usually go to the Walgreens up the street that had terrible customer service, I will be coming to this location from now on!

I walked in around 8pm (an hour before the pharmacy closes) to get an antibiotic prescription I just received from medexpress. I was afraid they would tell me to come back the next day, since I was in a lot of pain. Joanne (I think was her name), was busy between counter and drive thru but she acknowledged, listened and ask the pharmacist if she could fill it. She said yes! Within 10 minutes, I had my antibiotics. Very grateful for your kindness and willing service. Woke up this morning feel 10x better because I was able to take the antibiotic. Thank you !! The other employees in the store were kind as well.

If only people realized how short staffed yall really are! How you jump back and fourth from counter to drive thru and How often you have to hold your bladder because you don’t want to make them wait longer! You’re doing great! Don’t let these people get you down! I’m proud of you even if your struggling! Love you all ❤

OK everyone. You are rating this Walgreens based on Pharmacy alone it seems. And maybe Walgreens corporate will look at the reviews. Don't ever be shy to tell the store manager what goes on in their store, because even though they may not be employed by Walgreens, they represent them while being in their store. Managers can go up the line to district and regional and then - enough complaints, and someone will have to step in. That being said, I get my prescriptions at the Santa Barb. and Aviation Pkwy location because it's the closest to my home and their whole staff, including pharmacy is wonderful. But at this location my husband and I have never had a problem with any of the regular staff as they are all very friendly, and even one of the cosmetics girls I see from time to time was there today and was very friendly and helpful as always.

Wife and I came in to pick up a photo project. It wasn't ready due to equipment failure. Your teem did an amazing job fixing the problem and getting it for us. Went way above and beyond to help. Will repeat pooping here in the future.

I love going to this Walgreens location! Everyone is always super nice especially Jade! She went out of her way to find an item I was really searching for. She's such a sweetheart

Your store manager, Tiffany is awesome and understands what Customer Service is all about...She went above and beyond!

Clean store, well stocked. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable. I had some questions about a medication and she answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before leaving.

Great store great products. Pharmacy takes different insurance so make sure you know before perfering them as you're Pharmacy!
